Been trying to ask them to remove our number from there list by pressing 2 as instructed but they still keep calling.
I press one and spoke to a lady when I ask to please remove our number and she rudely replied okay and just hang up.

I am reporting the following number because I have asked them not to call and they repeatedly call my home telephone.

This company calls my house every day. When I am not home, they leave a message. I am on the Do Not Call list, and I believe they are in violation of that law.

An incredible and illegal nuisance and I do not even have air ducts! I have reported them to the FCC.

These characters have been calling several times a week for 3-4 months. I usally do not answer or answer and press 2 to disconnect. It never works. Once I got a live person and asked to be removed. That did not work either. Now I am reporting them to the FCC.

I have good news for you!  I ended up making an appointment with them.  They called an hour before the scheduled appointment and I gave them an excuse not to come and to give me a number where I could call to reschedule.  HERE IS THE NUMBER AND NAME OF PERSON WHO YOU CAN CALL:  AMIR 443-453-8093.

I wish these company would stop calling my house on a daily basis!  It is just getting to be annoying!  Can somebody help??????

They called twice the same morning.  I have hit option 2 to be removed at least a dozen times and they won't stop.  If you call the number it is unlisted.  Today I hit option 1 to "find out more information".  Rang and rang.  Finally a voice mail said "The Magic Jack customer you are trying to reach is not available".  I left a very firm message to take me off their call list.  The "do not call list" I've been on for years is bogus. Via am so sick of these calls day and night!

This company repeatedly calls me even after I enter  "2" to be removed, and I personally yelled at an operator and told her to take me off their list.

What can I do about. it;.  I am an attorney and am ready to sue them.  Do you have their address

What a pain this company is..they call at least 3xs/wk. I've tried calling them back to STOP the calls, but their line is always busy..This is NOT A COMPANY THAT I WOULD USE even if they were offering free duct cleaning service.They're a nuisance...Air Duct cleaning..Potomac..

I had the phone company turn this number off.  Chalk one up for the good guys.

I am constantly receiving voice messages for "duct cleaning" from this number - 301-327-4833.
I contacted BANDWITH.COM and complained, since this is the company that has given out that number.  Guy was NO help, other than to fill out the "complaint form"... I have now filled out 2 forms...  
Company (Bandwith) is based out of North Carolina... Next step is to contact Attorney General (Consumer Affairs Division) in both Maryland and North Carolina

Please do not call my number again. The calls are always while I am at work and they never leave a message. I am on the National do not call registry.

I get this call EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! I am on the 'Do Not Call List' as well. They make me sick.

So they are aping that address but not actuallys using it, by one digit.  Turdz

They say they are Air Duct Cleaning in Columbia Maryland.  Reporting them now.

This user uses bandwith.com and is in violation of federal laws as well as the bandwith.com acceptable use policy.

1. Go to Bandwidth.com and at the bottom of the page on the right, in small grey letters, click on the word 'Legal'.
2. On the next page under 'Acceptable Use Policy', in small blue letters, click on 'Report Potential AUP Violations'
3. On the next page it will ask for the name, email, and phone number of the person reporting the phone number and then the phone number in question. There is a place for a brief description of the problem in the comment box then it will say at the bottom click the ' ______ ' to submit. They have a series of photos at the bottom and it will change each time you submit a complaint, for instance, click the duck to submit'. For those customers who do not want to report this issue online, they can call 1-800-808-5150 and report it to them.

   The second way to report the issue was by emailing the legal department and requesting the subscriber information so that we could go out to the address listed for the subscriber and inform them of the problem. I have done this as well just in case bandwidth.com can not fix the problem on their end.

They called a number that has been on the do-not-call list for a least a decade.

I got a call from 301-327-4833.  When answered it immediately started a recorded message offering air duct cleaning services.  No specific company name was given.  My number is registered with the "Do not call" registry.  Repeated xall backs to the number constantly ring busy.

I received a robo call from 301-327-4833 and I took the option to talk to someone.  I said, I'm sorry your recording didn't say the name the company, what is your company name.  They said Air Duct Cleaning Services and I said that's the actual name of your company?  They said, what do you want and I said YOU called ME and I'm trying to find out a little more about you, big surprise they hung up.

I just use my VOIP service forward feature to forward their calls to a piece of crap collection agency who won't stop calling me because they have the wrong number and are looking for someone else.

I have pressed 1 to speak to a rep since Ie pressed 2 to be removed from their calling list at least 50 times. They call EVERYDAY! I started to talk and the woman hung up on me, now the line is busy. They need to be stopped. I was in the midst of informing her Im the caregiver anf mother to a 17 year old cancer patient. GIVE ME A BREAK people. My air ducts aren't the problem !!!!!
