Got a call from this number saying they were from the Fraternal Order of Police and asking for money.  301-659-4308

Several calls over the past few weeks, never leaves a message. Comes up as Wireless Caller.

Someone call today at3:23 may 22 2014 from this number13016594308 asking for donation I said sent me some infor in the mail they hung up call back no answer mail box full donation for kids send me donation

Just got s call, answered, no response, so hung up.

Friggin Police Week and the scam f**s are at it again.

At 6:00 pm today I answered the phone thinking it was a call from someone I knew..
The person said they were with the Police protection service.
I stopped them midstream and told them it was dinner time and hung up.
I'm Guessing he was going to ask for  money...

FYI this came in on my caller ID as wireless caller. This is very Suspicious calling from a wireless

Next time he calls I 'm going to ask him to mail me info by US MAIL...If he does.. the Police are getting the info for investigation of federal mail fraud.  

I pick up and a male person requesting donation for FOP. I responded I do not accept phone solicitation and he hang up.

Received a call from this number. Thanks to the posts on this thread, we will consign it to our trusty call blocker. Best investment I ever made!

Got a call from this number. This moron wanted to know the length of my p***s. I told him to go ask his wife, she knows. Never got a call from him again.

That's a very clever idea... to answer and just listen on a number you don't recognize. I received a call from this number at 8:42pm and called back with a block. It went straight to vm., and the box was full. If it were a scam (and I have received shady calls asking for donations with a cc#), I simply deflect and hang up. Be sure to give to organizations that are approved. You cannot be too careful.

No clue who it could be but if I don't recognize the number I pick up and just listen.  Some dude was talking to someone (wish I would've been more attentive to what he was saying- next time).  For numbers I don't recognize I pick up, don't say anything, lay the phone down and keep on typing on my computer and let them figure out when to hang up on their end.  

Got first call, from this number, at 5:40PM, yesterday (4/22/14).  They can't scam you, if you don't answer.  Same MO:  Wireless caller.

Some scumbag supposedly from the "Police Protective League".  Sounds like he crawled out from under a big rock.  "Yo, Vinny, give me money!"

Just received a call saying they were from our local fire dept taking donations for injured persons families. I normally get a call from them but I always get something mailed and send in a check if I want to donate. He asked for my CC# and they no longer take checks.... Nope not falling for that one, I hung up.

Never leaves a message, mail box is always full when called back.
Shows up as wireless caller. Who knows, that is probably fake too.

BOGUS....WIRELESS CALLER   Just answered this call and was asked if they coud speak to a person that has been deceased for 20 yrs. Probably someone asking for donations to fraternal order of police or some such, as they had that gruff officious manner they use to intimidate a donation out of you. mind you... just speculation.

Get a call from this number almost daily, haven't answered and they never leave a message. Comes up on caller ID as Wireless Caller.

No one is on the line.
