He saw my ad on kijiji.ca. Hear is steven nelsons number 1-914-627-5727 I found this really fishy.

Happen to me aswell for Paintball gear where he erote sporting gear and offered a extra 100$ aswell and the daughter story and working long days and tht he will have a private courrier pick it up. He used this email adress stephennelson900@gmail.com and this phone number (914)-627- 5727 hes tried to scam me before because i remebered the name and story

I just receive the same mesage asking me for my sporting equipment he said to not text or call bcuz he was too busy at work but to email stephennelson@gmail.com his number was 19146275727. This is a scam!!!

Same guy texted me but from a different number. Same name, same MO, exact same wording. My dad also had this guy try for a motorcycle.

I just got the same thing! Kijiji ad for a canoe and he called it sports equipment (the category it's listed in)!

I just went through the same thing. He offered me more than the waking price, and then said he'd send a private courier. He texted me from 1-509-399-7237 and emailed me from stephennelson2004@gmail.com

I think am getting scammed too with that similar text from somebody with the name Stephen Nelson, the text says I shouldn't call or text back because he's at work. hmmmm. the email in the text is stephennelson2004@gmail.com and the phone number is 605-578-6365

I got a similar message about my wedding dress but from this number. Sounds like he's switching it up a little bit. Smh

this guy wanted my wedding dress, sent him my email and seby me emails requesting I pay 300 shipping which I will be refunded. I get this is a scam but what shall I do now

Same thing just happened to me the exact same message for my wedding dress.

just happened to me. The same guy with the same information. It's amazing the number of people he is trying to catch. I send him an email and automatically he responded like he was already ready to answer.

Same scam- used Feb 20th 2014- in response to Kijiji Ad in Calgary.  Telephone # used  (989) 665 5378  email  used  stephennelson1701@gmail.com.  Offered $100 over asking price for snowboard equipment!!  

Same thing for my benchpress ads.. He chnges is phone number 13372464346

this just happened to me! it seemed so weird all his messages were so robotic. i gave him a fake address and my bothers paypal account and then it wasn't until i didn't receive anything that i googled "stephen nelson paypal fraud" which led me to here?.i wonder if i should tell my brother to delete his paypal???

Literally got the EXACT same email as Shannon got above. Just too sketchy.
