Someone from this number calls me every day. Hos do I get them to stop calling? My number is on the "Do not call" list.

I got several calls from this number for the past month.  Only recently, I answered the call.  First, you will hear a recorder then you have the option to speak to someone.  I chose to speak to someone.  A female voice came on and said that she is from Card Services and would you like to know if I want lower my APR to 6%.  I asked her that I did not know what is Card Services and if she could tell me which credit card this is for?    She said to look on the back of your credit card.  I told her if I decide that I want to lower my APR, I will call back.

This number has called numerous times, want to lower our credit card interest.  LOL no credit cards here, scam, going to report to the do not call registry but have got other calls like this and they just keep coming.they need to stop.

I changed my number even though it was placed on dnc list just to stop these calls. Now, they are calling my teen dtrs phones, even tho' they were placed on list as well. Dtrs know not to answer so minutes won't be wasted; Once when one did, the guy told her to shut up and get mom. How do they even get the numbers? And some are scammers as well;one night someone called from Eagle Eye Investigations, Justin o'Brien, with a very heavy Indian accent and, when I asked him to spell the company, did - Eagle E-y-i - . Supposedly in San Jose but no such place;was on w AT and T for nearly an hour trying to find it. Told by FBI scammers buying prepaid phones in US, using them out of country so they can threaten and bully. I was scammed for quite a bit of $ for some accts til I called our county PA and st. atty. general.

This number called my land line which is on the National Do Not Call list. I did not answer it. Googled and came up with this web page.

received call touting credit card. Have already asked to be taken off the list twice. Caller hung up on me when I asked to be taken off the list.

Wow, incredibly stupid. There are over 100 million landlines in the US, so wtf is anyone supposed to do?  You wait until there are a lot of complaints, then go after the folks, not every single gdamned one.

Received a call on 9/2/11.  Didn't answer it. No message left. ANNOYING!

get Mr Number.  It's a free app for smart phones...picks up then hangs up  on them, they don't even get to leave a message

This number calling a Do Not Call Number

Received call from 3023368207 on Sept 1  Please inform me on how to block this number.. My cell phone is supposed to be on the national do not call list but these people manage to get around this..  Other people getting this call claim it is a debt collector.  No message left identifying them

Just got a hang up call from this number. 9:51 at night. Kids in bed. Getting ready for bed myself.

I am no call list too.

They call all the time, waking me up in the evening. Claims to want to lower my credit card interest rate. I told them not to call again. He told me I called him and he talked to people like me all day long. Was verbally abused by person on the other end. I have to say no one has ever talked to me like that.

Sick and tired of getting the same call day after day from this company wanting to lover my interest rate.  I pushed 4 to talk to someone and asked to not be called again. I was told that he didn't call me I called  him by pushing the number 4 .Was verbally abused by guy who answered and told me that he talked to people like me all day long. He said something very nasty and hung up.

They called my cell phone and my home phone. I just block the number. Plus, they called after 9:00pm.

I am getting more and more of these calls lately and even with my blocking them they go through.  Aslo text messages... How can these be stopped?  is there a Do Not Call that we can register through?

Yep, just another landline in Delaware breaking the law. I think that all citizens of the USA that are on the do not call list should expect their govt to enforce the law. Maybe if the US govt cannot enforce the DO Not Call law, they shouldn't be allowed to enforce any laws. They have set a precedent that they don't enforce the laws

This number called my cell phone and when I picked up no one said anything. I called back and it was a message saying this customer service line cannot answer your call, please call the customer service number that was given to you.

Got a call from this number, Did not recognize, so didn't answer. No msg. left on VM.  Spam call.

Unknown call that hangs up when answered.  Leaves no message.  Calls my personal cell phone which is on the national do not call list.

the same call came to me and i returned it and i was also hung up on when i said i did not want any more calls and i have no credit cards.

I returned a call to this number and the guy asked if I were calling about lowering credit card interest.
I told him I did not have any credit card debt, and I am asking that they stop calling my cell phone number.  I have limited minutes and I don't want them wasting my time.   The guy hung up on me.

This number just called my cell phone and there was a message left by a robot about lowering my interest rates or something.  Spam!!

"Phone spam" - offering to lower credit card interest rates.  I'm sure they are not affiliated with the major credit card companies, so I don't know what their scam is --  but CERTAINLY it's a scam.

I called back to the originating phone number - voice recording said "This is a phone number for outgoing promotional messages" and said the number could not receive incoming calls.  Called back 2nd time (to try to catch the firm's name --something like "American Customer Service"-- ??) and a woman answered!  I asked "What is this company; isn't this illegal", she said "No it's not illegal", I said "I'm on DO NOT CALL" and she hung up.

These people are scum; besides that, if your phone service has restricted minutes they waste your minutes (and money).
