Caller ID shows "Kenned Luevenia." Initial caller, a female with an ultra-thick E. Indian accent speaking very poor English w/ lots of grammatical mistakes, said she's from "DMAC," refused to ever provide address. DMAC has called way too many times before. Anyone have a lead on who DMAC actually is?

   Call transferred to another E. Indian who's peddling debt settlement plans for an alleged non-profit, A New Horizon Credit Counseling in FL. ANHCC has been previously asked to never call again. I asked the caller why he's using a DE number for a FL business. The E. Indian man said they use a VOIP and [altho he denied it, saying over and over "we use VOIP"] spoof Caller ID numbers. The note above about Impressive Debt means the initial caller is likely Impressive Leads, as Impressive Leads is aslo a key telemarketer for DebtCareUSA aka American Debt Solutions of Wilminton DE..

got a call they left no message. I'm on the do not call list. i keep my number private so i went online to look up this number. its something shady that's for sure.

Called on Saturday morning.  I said it was my office and he didn't care.  (Darn East Indians)  Very persistent.  I finally told him to F off and hung up.

got the call on 3/16/10 and again 4/24/10. picked up the phone and there was no answer.

I had a little bit of fun with this dude.  He told me that his name was "Mark."

He indicated that he was calling from "Impressive Debt Solutions," which he only reveled to me after I indicated that I have close to $150,000 in credit card debit.  Of course, that is a lie.  :)

This guy was unreal... he told me that *I* was being rude because I told him to please not call here anymore.

The reason that you get the disconnected code is that the number is more then likely a disconnected number. Who ever is making the call is more then likely "spoofing" the number. This can b set up through an online service. You can make any phone number in the world show up on a caller id.

They call me several times a month at firs I asked them nicely to remove me from list. Itd didn't work, so know when they call I tell them I am 1 millon in debt because I bought a used F-18 because I want to bomb terriorst. I know it is mean but I get a laugh out of it.....

Absolutely crazy.  I was on the other line and he asked for me. Indian man like all of you have said (with the exception of a few) thus far.  I told him to call back in 5 minutes and he said "Why?"... It can't be a real call because the FCC strictly mandates the conduct of telemarketers/debt collectors.  Asking why is against conduct.  It's probably a scam.

Called the "Delaware" number back and it's still disconnected.  What a douche!

FYI:   95% of these calls are computer generated and all they are doing is calling a rotary of numbers, when answered, the call gets connected to "live" operator.

Go to this fcc government web site, fill in the form and report each and every telephone call of this nature that you get.  The more negative reports the FCC gets, the more they will eventually do something about it.

Keep a copy of the filing for your records.  Eventually you will get feed back from the FCC, but it takes a while.

You can also send a copy of the completed form to your respective congressional representatives, and ask them to get involved.

But good luck with that as they are too busy bankrupting the country with health care reforms.

These people are constantly calling me.A male will call one day and a female will call the next day.She stated that she was with the National Debt.Center.I told her I had no debt and that I did not want to hear from her again.The next day,he/she calls again.My number is unlisted and is on the DO NOT CALL LIST but that doesn't seem to make any difference.

I keep getting this number on caller ID, but nobody says anything on the answering machine. They call everyday. Next time I will yell in the phone when they call back or maybe I'll find a boat horn and blow it in their ears..Yeah!  thats what I'll do........................Watch out Indian man.......

Some third block county calling for "the homeowner" and asked for my husband.  Apparently he's clueless that women can be homeowners (it was mine ten years before I married my husband) but I sure didn't want to clue him in.  So I just said "who's calling?" and he hung up.  LOL  How do we report these bozos?

Tried to answer call from this number.  Couldn't return the call to see who it was from because the automated operator said this INTERNATIONAL call could not be completed without additional information.

CALLER ID FROM DELEWARE. CALL THE NUMBER AND IT SAYS THE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED.

This is absolutely unacceptable action from who knows where with accent typical for India... Maybe it is time to block this type of disturbing people!

(302) 571-1856 ("out of area") - Reading the other entries here I can see this is an "Eastern Indian" company whom is likely "Phishing" for info.

Indian man continually calling. I continually tell him to take me off his list and that
I am not interested in his debt program. He hangs up and continues to call back.
He needs to be reported. I am looking into who to call for this.

Asked twice who it was, didn't give name; had Indian accent. Asked how did he get our name & number,
no answer to that question either. My husband had to tell him five times "Do Not Call Back"!!! Annoying call, and absolutely no manners whatsoever!!
