If your daughter had an account with them while under your phone number at any point in time, they will contact all prior phone numbers. I have heard they will even keep calling you in the hope that you will have your daughter contact them. but they will keep harrassing you since they now know they can get your daughter through you. send them a cease and desist letter.

They are collecting past dues. if you don't have a past due account with them, they might be trying to reach someone else who may have had your phone number at one point in time.  yes, they do keep calling. i've been told the computer will keep calling the number until a payment has been scheduled.

you might want to block the phone number. if you can find out who they are trying to contact find out their mailing address and write them a cease and desist letter. if you do not have an outstanding balance and know the person they are trying to reach, let them know that that person is not at that number and to cease and desist contacting you. they have to stop.

Tell them you are allowed by law to demand ALL contact with you be via U.S. Mail and that's all you will respond to.. They are required by law to honor your demand. Make sure you get the tele-callers name and employee # before you aknowledge who you are and demand to speak to the supervisor to ensure all is understood. DO NOT AGREE TO E-MAIL OR COURTESY CALLS ETC. US MAIL only. If you tell them you are recording just like they are they get a little less aggressive and usually cut the call short. I love asking them to repeat something because I want to ensure my recorder has it right.

Have gotten two calls already from this # and another # 913-563-5500.  It shows up as Comenity?!?!?  The 913 # is being reported as World Financial just as this one was.  They do not leave msgs.  As a victim of identity theft, I do not handle any of my financial issues over the phone and I wouldn't advise others to do so as well unless they are the one calling the company they have issues with.

Keep getting weird numbers calling me today but nobody leaves a message

I was a few days late on a credit card from this company, and even went in and set up an advanced online payment before the due date scheduling it on my next payday.  I received an online confirmation of my payment from the company.  These people have relentlessly called over and over again, up to 5-6 times a day, and never leave a message.  I am at work when these calls come in and cannot answer my phone.  Even though the online payments have hit my bank and been credited, I am still getting the calls.  I'd say that someone needs to check their records before harrassing customers over and over again for an unpaid bill, especially when according to their online records, the bills have been paid.

You can call your cell phone provider and they will block those nasty phone numbers.  I've done it.  Also I believe landline phone cos. will do the same.

Don't sign up for ADT!  You'll be so sorry and harassed beyond belief!  Be sure, if you let an ADT representative in your home (mistake!) ... read the contract!  ADT is NOT responsible for ANYTHING!  You're on your own and in NO way will you be protected. I'd feel safer with a 9mm!

Getting repeated calls from "World Financial" 303-255-5173, asking for my daughter.
They won't tell me the reason for the call.  I've asked them to stop calling. We have no business relationship with them.

It's a credit card company company for any number of clothing stores.  Mine is Torrid.  If I forget and go over a week they call 5 or 6 times a day.
I'm glad they call and remind me to go online and make a payment.  The calls then cease.  Easy.  :)

Extremely aggressive in their collection, even if only one payment late.  They also do not communicate very well with their partner - HSN Shopping.

So I know its collections, but seriously they call at the most ridiculous times. so far today they have called me at 715 am and then 9pm and I just got another call from them at 928pm.

I've gotten two phone calls from this number in the last 3 days. I have no credit cards because I don't like credit cards even though the bank said I have a 720 score. I don't know what that means. anyways just don't answer your phone the people on the other line are scammers. times are tough for example about a couple of weeks ago my cousin in Mexico call me and she asked me if i was in Mexico city right now. i said no because i picked up my house phone in California so i asked whats going on. she said that i called her house about 30mins ago from Mexico city and i said that i need money to fix my car and to send me money to an account to fix it..... yup, people are scammers you just got to be careful.

I've bought a really..loud.. whistle and every time these harassing bastards call I blow the whistle into the handset.  It is WFNNB, and I am 10 days late on a $15 payment for an Eddie Bauer card.    I'm late, because I changed jobs and I need to wait until the pay cycle at my new employer catches up with me and I get paid.   I've told these worthless, harassing bastards this.. and that I WILL pay when I get paid on the 21st.  I just can't pay the bill until my new job, which I took because it meant a higher salary...  pays me.   Yet the calls continue.  Every hour.. they call twice, ten minutes apart then another hour passes and we repeat.

They are nothing but harassing f***s.   A $15 payment that is 10 days late is NOT something worth this kind of treatment.

You know what Joe, sometimes unfortunate things happen and people cannot pay their bills on time.  Just because people are having hard times does not mean they are bad people. Alot of us are just doing the best we can in these tough times..

Idk why they're calling me, my bills isn't due until next month, I know I went over my credit limit, but I still have a few more weeks to pay it off.
