Calls twice a day, but hangs up after the third ring.  Never leaves a message.  I assume it is a solicitor

Recorder picks up and they hangup. I have trouble

Receive several calls a week, sometimes 2-3 times a day.Can be early in the morning or late @ nite. Never leave a message - we never answer. Phone Number 303.974.1808. These people are VERY annoying & persistent.

Just started calling me and won't stop.  I put a rather hilarious yet nasty message on my machine for them.

God these people are annoying the hell out of me. They call all the time and every time I tell them no because we have a baby. I don't care to donate to these people when my husband is deployed. I care more about him than other people. Selfish I know but who isn't.

Called our house today. Told them nobody was home.  They acted offended.  I didnt know who they were so I looked it up on line and this is what I found. The number listed on our phone was 303-974-1808.

I continue to get this number on my caller ID as 303 -974-1808 and they are relentless. Calling early in the morning to late at night.. So frustrating--  will not leave a message..

Getting calls  all the time, they ignore requests to have your name removed from their lists.

Getting phone calls from COSFA.  They changed there number.  The new one is 303-974-1808.  Sometime I even get calls from them from a cell number...other times they block there number and it comes up no data.
I have told them to quit calling, but they still do.  Just about every week and the same people every week.  
Sometimes they say they are with the police, other times they say they are with the firefighters.
We gave a donation and then they think we want to give all the time.  This has been going for at least 1 to 2 years now.
They will try to hard sell you over and over again.  They are rude and will not take no for an answer.
Nothing I have tried actually works...I called the number that comes up on the caller ID and it says to leave a number and they will call you back.

Not a good company to deal with...

I frequently am getting calls from COSFA with the 3033952342.  The calls are made from early am to late night with no voice message left.  This has been ongoing since May 2008

Yes, it must connected to the same organization from the police department fund raiser (one way or another). How annoying, though. I took myself off their list, and I am still receiving calls (3-5 a day, never leaves a message).

Same thing is happening to me.  They won't stop calling since I donated several years back.  They do lay the guilt on pretty thick!

I believe you are right Mr. Jakeway. I gave a donation to the Denver police fund and now I can't get them to stop calling. They, like other charity seeking groups, believe that once you give you are obligated to continue giving.  I have told them I will not provide another donation and they still call, trying to convince me that I am a bad person because I won't give more.  Today, I blocked the phone number.  Call your phone service for assistance.

Calls every day, sometimes at night after I am in bed.  I believe this possibly could be the Denver Fraternal order of Police, Union.  A year ago I donated money to them, received a card and sticker and then I started receiving calls from all over the country, including The National Police & Trooper Association in Florida and some Fire Fighting association in Colorado.  Repeatedly I asked them to remove me from their call files.  COSFA won't quit, though, and it is EXTREMELY ANNOYING.

They call our house 2-3 times a day, usually when we answer they hang up or don't say anything till I hang up. Tonight they asked for my elderly mother in law. When i told them she was unavailable, and asked to take a message, he said it was not necessary and would call her back. Then he asked to speak with the Mr. _______ of the house. I told him there wasn't one (only my mother in law and i live here) he hung up. If you call the number back you get a recording saying they tried to reach you for an important message about some fund raising organization, and to enter your number to speak with someone. sounds like a scam to me.

I found out.  They are fund raisers trying to get us to donate money for some government something or another.  It sounds fishy to me.

Caller identified himself with a name, then said he had spoken with my wife and would call back later.  I told him we wanted him to remove our number from his list and he hung up.
