stop the madness!!! i make it a point not to buy from telemarketers-period!!!!

We get calls all the time from this number asking for someone that dies not live here. I told them that, and he actually got smart with me and said sure they don't and actually hung up on me!

The service that the last person posted also works with Vonage. I dialed the 2 digit number as shown then hit talk. It will tell you that the numbers will be checked from now on and that you can hang up

This telemarketer has been harassing us for 4 months now.  I called our phone provider and they gave us the code to activate anonymous call regection.  If the phone # on their ID does not match the number that is calling then the call is rejected.  It is free with TWC, but check your provider.

I get several calls a week from this number. No one will talk if you answer, never a message on the answering machine. And if you call it back, it is out of service.  I see by past posts that this has been going on for years. And I'm on a Do Not Call list! Doesn't do any good though.

Always hang up when I answer.

Today, Dec. 31 2009 this number called my home again and I answered again; this time there was a response. It was a broker for State Farm insurance calling to offer a new rate quote.

These guys have been calling and hanging up or no one is there for months. I picked up today and it was someone saying they are from State Farm and wanted to give me a "free rate quote." I said no and hung up.

this is the 4th night  right after 6:00 pm We've gotten calls on one answers. 6:19

I have been getting these call for a few days now and I just answered it and they just hung up so I called back and got the same thing that most of the rest have received number not in service.  I will say this is a little irritating and it would be nice to be able to block these types of calls

I got a call from this number and I tried to call it back too.  Same results as others here; no response other than a recording that repeats saying "this number is not in service".  It is made to sound like a telephone company message but I don't think it is because it then makes a sound like the line is busy and then the  message repeats and it does the same thing all over again without cutting the line.  It is made to be an anonymous outgoing only number used for cold call scam marketers.  Usually if you get a line that truly is out of service then the phone company will automatically hang up the line after the message plays twice.  These people are scammers for sure.  But I will never get thier calls because the line they call on is my fax line and I only use it to call out, not to recieve calls.  The ringer is on silent so I don't have to listen to the phone ringing all the time.  Screw 'em.  Just ignore them.  Surely they are wasting somebodies time and money, but not mine!

I just got a call from this number on my business line (I work from home).  I call a lot of people for work, so I didn't think twice about answering a number from Colorado.  No one was there.  I have had calls like this before but it has been a LONG time.  Just remember to NEVER give personal information over the phone.  Scammers probably share their lists with each other... I wouldn't put it past them!  What an invasion of privacy!!!!

They just called us 5 mins ago, they have been calling a lot but this time I was expecting a call didn't check caller I.D (dumb me) she asked for my husband by NAME and said she was from State farm ,We have insurance threw State farm so he answered her questions,She asked how many people on our policy? and ages, then asked WHO our insurance was through (?) then he said "What? ..State Farm" you would think if she was who she said she would know that.. then she said "OH sorry, I don't know how you got on this list" and hung up. I'm worried, who are these people!!!???!!

Probably scammers. Have you considered calling the local State Farm office and telling them about it?

I rec'd a call from this number 7:29pm on 1/14/11.  The guy stated he was giving me a quote for State Farm insurance and asked a lot of personal questions, some I wouldn't answer.  Having caller ID I tried to call the number back and got a recording stating the number I reached is not in service.  Who are these guys?  My number isn't listed and I haven't been in the market for insurance.

I have no business or personal affiliations with the individuals who are repeatedly calling my home from this number.

I received a call from Lightyear Communications (303-531-10444) stating they were calling from State Farm Insurance and asked for my some personal questions as well as age and I said I would prefer not to answer their quesitons.  He hung up.

They call every day since i get this new phone #

Last night they called the house asking for my sister, my mom answered and said she wasnt home, they said they were from statefarm insurance so my mom said if she could have their # to call them back and they said no, my mom then said forget it and hung up!

you can bet these people are scam artists that are cashing in on the new electric rates going into effect  in January. They told me they could save me money on electric and wanted my social security #. I told them I don't so business with anyone, unless I initiate the call. They hung up. Be careful of gateway communications,also. Same scam and same voice.

We keep getting calls from these people and there is no message or anything.  They need to stop.

The reason that nobody is there when you answer it, is because it is trying to connect you to a salesperson in India, that will try to sell you something or take information from you.
The caller ID is fake, and is not where the call originated.  That is against the law, and the calling telephone company knows it.

Call the FCC in washington and please report this, so they can catch these people.  This company in Henderson is noted for pulling these scams

This number from Denver calls almost everyday for at least the past month.  Most times I don't answer, but decided to answer once and for all to end it - but no one is there.  I've tried this approach several times, and still, no one is there.  They need to be reported and stopped.  Plus - I'm on the NO-CALL List!!

5-12-2010 Received call from 303 531 1044 - caller ID indicated call from Colorado.  As  my number is non-published, figure this is a random call.  I don't answer unknown callers. Thank God for caller ID!!!

Lightyear Communications called today from 13035311044 and hung up when we answered.  Called back and the number is not in service, there has got to be a way to track it down, has anyone tried calling the phone company to see who they are?
