I get tons of calls per day on my machine at home from this number.  I googled the number and got tons of hits. I called them back using the call back number that appears on many blogs about this company.   I told them I was filing a complaint with the Canadian National Do Not Call list and I also told them I was going to file a complaint with the police.  The guy that answered the phone at 303-741-4855 said he would need a bunch of information from me in order to stop the calls.  What more information do they need to stop calling me?  They have my name and phone number already.  Since I refused to give the guy any more information than that, he said he couldn't help me.  Then he said that he really wanted to help me because he really liked his job.
What the ???!!!!!!

I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call list anyway.

I have been experiencing the same thing with this phone no. 303-546-2548. I see this no. appear on my call display at least once if not twice/day. When I pick up the phone, no one answers & when I call that no. all I get is a recorded message that says "Record not created, DV1". I checked the area code in the phone book to find that it is coming from the State of Colorado. It is most annoying and uncalled for.

I noticed that this number was on my call display a few times a day.  When I did answer, the first time, a woman said she was from National Opportunities and was calling in my response to my request for information.  The second time, the guy told me that he was from National Opportunities and that he was calling because I was identified as someone who would like to make money from home.  I told him to remove me from the calling list and nobody has called back since.

I too have received numerous calls from this number. About a month ago I finally answered and listed to the pitch.  I told the caller I wanted to do my due diligence and would get back with them.  At that time I couldn't find any thir party information about National Opportunities or TripleIO.com so I let it go. I received another call today and started asking quesitons abouut how long they've been in business and how many people like me have they signed up. The caller asked for a floor supervisor. The supervisor said they've been in business 4.5 years. I asked why him why I couldn't find any third party info on line, he said he didn't know why. I asked him for some references, he said there were two testimonials on the website. I told him I would need to spend some time on my due diligence and he responded, that they were interested in people who were go getters and hard workers, not people who wanted gather information.  Not the answer I wanted to hear. Needless to say, there's been a lot written on the internet in the last 30 days. I'm glad I checked again.

Industry Tips
Work At Home
Work at home job opportunities appear in newspapers, mailings, national magazines, and online everyday. Some of the offers include stuffing envelopes, reviewing movies, medical billing, etc. Your BBB suggests using extreme caution when responding to any such ad. They may promise that you can earn hundreds, even thousands of dollars every week, full or part-time, in the comfort of your own home. Generally, the only person making any money is the person running the ad.

Due to the fact that there is little or no demand for most of these work-at-home activities, your BBB has determined that most, if not all, of the earnings claims are highly exaggerated. Not one of the many companies your BBB has investigated in the past could substantiate earnings claims. It is important to know that almost all work-at-home schemes end up with complaints, even though they may have none when they first start. They typically end up going out of business or facing government action.

Most, if not all, of these companies require you to pay an up-front fee to them in order to participate in their program. The BBB advises that money-back guarantees often offered by work-at-home companies usually contain so many restrictions that consumers rarely get their money back.

The promoter may claim that the program is "legitimate" or "approved by the Post Office." It's not! Postal Inspectors investigate and prosecute people involved in these promotions and you could find yourself the subject of criminal action for mail fraud if you become involved.

WHERE TO COMPLAIN: If you have already bought into a program you believe may not be legitimate, take these steps:
First, contact the company and ask for your money back.

File a complaint with the BBB in the area where the company is located. Even if the company refuses to resolve your complaint, a number of complaints against the same company may help other callers to avoid the scheme.

Complain to the Federal Trade Commission, (877 987-3728, www.ftc.gov). Although the FTC will not help resolve individual disputes, it will take action if a pattern  BBB Definition:

pattern - More than 2 complaints involving the same allegations usually within 12 months that are significant in relation to the company's size and volume of business.
of deceptive or unfair practices becomes evident.

If you received the offer in the mail, file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector, (303 313-5320, www.usps.com/postalinspectors).

CANADIANS BEWARE

This number belongs to National Opportunity, LLC.  When you get material from them it comes from Littleton, Colorado.  However they are not a registered company in Colorado.  They are however registered with the Nevada Secretary of State.

The company is representing Triple Income Opportunities. They are very aggressive in trying to get ahold of you. They called me everyday for days on end starting at 8:00 am and ending at 8:00 pm.  I received 25 calls between Apri 7th & April 16th. TWENTY FIVE TIMES.  ON MY CELL PHONE WHICH IS MY BUSINESS PHONE.

Once I finally took the call I asked how they got my phone number and they said I entered my name into a draw for home based business....I did NOT.  Then they said it could have been someone I knew who had recommended me.  No again as I already have my own business and doing business this way is not for me.

The reason I know so much about this is because I spent 4 hrs today investigating this as they managed to take advantage of my 73 yr old mother and hooked her on the concept of being an affordable health care plan.  What they didn't tell her was that is is NOT currently available in Canada.  The mortgage portion is also not available in Canada.

Caution....do your due diligence before giving them your credit card or debit card as once you decide you do not want to do it.  You will not be returned the $40 it costs to have it shipped to you.  Their claim is it costs them $60 to ship it.  Also the credit card amount will be more because this is US pricing.

Here is the best part...they say they will send you the information and guess what information you get for your money.  A 7 page letter which states very little about what you will actually be getting for your money.  You will not have access to the website they are currently promoting until you give them your social security or taxpayer id.  That is very personal information and you have nothing to verify the legitimacy of the business.

When you call this number which is customer service they are not very good at answering the questions asked....they are however very good at skirting the issue.

My recommendation is don't do it.  Any company not willing to provide the necessary information required to make and informed decision should not be trusted.

They also use 303-546-2549

This number is for one of many monikers first the Pagenet is a 'call room' service placing calls for National Opportunities who is also Triple Income Opportunities with a web presence at tripleio.com. They are trying to sale you on the spot 3 web-site thus the name 'triple income opportunities! They will start out saying they set up 3 different websites turnkey for individual can generate sales for a Medical supplement insurance, a Mortgage Refinancing finder fee and purported affiliate web site for sales of merchandise where they claim UP to 60% commission on items sold ( what you want to be the 'up to' is much less). We investigate such companies for the Federal Trade Commission and State Attorney General's upon receipt of complaints. These guys start out claiming to sell you 3 businesses for $1500, then $450 all the way down to $199 if they can get a credit or debit card and close the deal on the 1st call. They are monitoring/ purchasing 'click' through inquiries, google inquiries and websites people visit. But they are also compiling names of people from large firms laying off lots of people- how they obtain such info probably isn't on the up and up. Caution should be exercised. Even if an opportunity for only $199 for 3 websites, we suspect they push for advertising expense that could accrue quickly on the web for those unfamiliar with how paying for clicks work.

I was taking a nice nap a few hours ago... when all of a sudden I was awoken by a LOUD pounding at my back door. I nearly had a heart-attack. It was my dad, asking if everything was alright.

It turns out that he got a phone call from this number asking for me by name. He said all he could make out were the word "ARRESTED" when the connection cut out on him (he's getting old and hard of hearing). He jumped to conclusions and thought I'd been arrested. All sort of things were running through his head like somebody planted drugs on me and I was arrested at the border (I work in another country), or that I was flat out dead. When my dad called back he got the same pre-recorded gibberish that some of you wrote about.

What the telemarketer probably was saying was that I was on a list of people INTERESTED (sounds like arrested) in an employment opportunity.

Before my naps, I shut off all my phones, and put in earplugs (I live in a noisy apartment building). When I checked my phone just now, I had a dozen messages from my scared, worried, frantic, and crying parents on my phone and cell phone.

THANKS TELEMARKETERS!

I just called this number and a girl answered.  I asked her to take me off her list and told her that I had reported them.  She said that they get names and phone numbers only if you fill out a form on the internet requesting information or "maybe a pop up came on when you were on the internet".  What the heck?  She got very aggrevated with me and told me that they do not look at the do not call registry because they get their information legitimately.  Yeah right!  Anyway, I'll see if they stop calling.

It's worth a shot.  Call 303-741-4855 and tell them to take your phone number off their list.

This company calls at least 4 times a day.  I've reported them https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx and anyone who gets a call from them should report them.  They use the excuse that you've asked to be contacted about making money.  I've also gotten calls about being a Visa/Mastercard merchant agent in the past month.  Very rude people.  I report anyone who calls to the donotcall.gov site.

I too have been receiving calls from 13035462548 and when I do decide to answer, no-one is there. I'm beginning to think this is a system that records what time of the day the phone is answered, and then this information is passed on to telemarketers. Any thoughts on my theory...
