someone keeps calling me and my elderly parent telephone numbers and  they just "breathe on the telephone" or asks who is this?  It always shows-up as an unknown caller.   It is very "ignorant to use technology/Telephones in such an inappropriate way  just to bother people  each day all day long. I would like whomever it is to stop calling  and playing on the telephone !!!

I just let it ring. Left no message.
Caller ID is great!
I really find it annoying getting crank calls even though your registered with the national do-not-call list (what a joke that's turned out to be!!).

My phone rang. Caller Id said Florida call. Phone number: 305-000-4829.
Commuter generated message saying my credit card account was OK, I need to call immediately if I wanted to take advantage of having my credit card rates lower or press #9 to talk to a representative. Which I did. A fellow came on the line stating he was from Card Services and told me that Experian Credit reporting company gave them my phone number because I qualified for this lower credit rate rededuction. I asked which card they were referring to and he said any or all of them that I had a current balance on. Knowing full-well that I was not about to give them any card numbers or any other information, I questioned the guy further by asking him to tell me which credit card number he had. He then said he didn't have that information because it was illegal for Experian to give out that information. Before, I could question him any further, the connection got static-key and we were disconnected. How convenient -- I think he knew I was wise to him. I tried to report it to the donotcall.gov website, but I could not get past the first page because the above-mentioned phone number was invalid and unless I corrected it, I could not continue with the report.

I also receive calls from 305-000-4829.
I also am on the national do not call list.
Fortunately, they don't leave messages on my recording and I won't answer.

I have received many messages and calls which I never return, and today I decided to answer and push to talk to someone.  When I told her I wasn't pleased
and asked for the name of the company woman hung up on me.

I got a call from this number, I immediately told the guy that I had already requested that the company remove me from their list, and that I was on the "no call list", he then began asking me "how old are you?" "you sound cute" "wanna go on a date", I stated I wanted to speak to his supervisor, whereafter, he prentended to get someone else on the line, slightly changing his voice, continuing to be inappropriate.  I just hung up and placed a complaint with the FCC.

If you have a credit card with the company these idiots are working for ~ they can call you.  Today is the day of changes for credit card companies, so they are going to be telemarketing everyone they can.  My big gripe came when my bank started selling insurance ~ and the calls began.  This is the way companies get around "do not call lists".

WE RECEIVED A CALL OCT 14, 2009.  AFTER SOME RESEARCH I FIND THAT THE EXCHANGE NUMBER 000 IS NOT VALID.  EXCHANGE NUMBERS START WITH AT LEAST 200.  THIS OPERATION IS TOTALLY ILLEAGLE.  THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!.  THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE "DO NOT CALL" LIST OR ANY OTHER TELEPHONE REGULATIONS.  THEY ARE SPOOFING THE CALLER ID SYSTEM.  PLEASE REPORT ANY CALLS FOR AN ILLEAGLE EXCHANGE THEY ARE A THREAT TO OUR HOME LAND SECURITY.  BY ALL MEANS DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.
