The caller is a recording (most likely a paid gig) in creole by Michel Martelly, a Haitian performer, to advertise a calling card or service to Haiti. I am Haitian myself and I am thoroughly disguted by this. Never liked that Martelly guy as a performer anyway. Going to report his arse and that company he's promoting to FCC. For whatever good it can do. >:-(

This is a most disgusting, annoying pre recorded message by a coward, a total jerk. When I called back several times, the answer is always the same that we have reached a disconnected number.  However I continue to receive calls regularly at the most inopportun moments, about some crappy promotion I have absolutely no interest in.  There must be a way to bring these...out of business and to pay some hefty penalties.  There isn't an address or company name to be reported to the chamber of commerce and the Florida consumers affairs bureau.

It's a very upset and full of hate message in arab, and the last words he yells are: mujahideen mujahideen mujahideen!
I wish his already unfortunate life may be enriched with heavy disgraces.
