My name is Beatrice Lujan and I want to report that this person Paublo Mendez and a Paula Chavez and Cristina Santos, from a certain collection agency, saying I have a court pending on a shampoo I ordered and paid for, four years ago.  I got this number to order the shampoo from a spanish TV program by the name of Don Francisco, Sabado Gigante, on Saturday nights.  The telephone numbers calling me is 305-407-8409,  800-381-8132 and 305-600-3355.  There has been an an undetermined amount of calls from mentioned telephone numbers.  

Today I received the same phone call a person saying his name Pablo Mendez and saying a had a court yesterday why I didn't apperead? If I received a letter that was sent out to my address and he mentioned my address. I said Nope!, I did not! He stated that back in 2011 I purchased some herbs merchandise that I didn't pay. I said not really I returned the merchandise because your company overcharged me and drafted more from my account that is fraud. He claim to be an attorney and by law medicine can not be returned because it is illegal. I said I am a USA citizen and by law I can not be robbed and is a crime to steal and your company tried to robbed me and I don't do business with fraudulent companies. Let's talk in English since we are in the USA. He said spanish because you are Latino , I said or because you an attorney don't speak English. He said I would not argue with you anymore wait for the citation and a package is awaiting for you in court. He also mentioned mam don't be afraid owing 3000 dollars doesn't means we are going to throwing you in jail... Please watever! I e-mailed my friend who is a real attorney and he said... it sounds like a scam to me do a Google the number and honestly I was not that surprised but yea. I think they are getting people who do not know their rights! Sad but true!

scammer said I missed a ficticious court date, this WEEK, saying I would have to pay a fee.  This liar is a scammer, liar and a thief. Said I should receive a notice in the mail.  And spoke all in spanish, as if my court hearings are in Spanish Court!?!  WTF!!??  This man is harrassing people all day on the phone, someone would should come after him

My mother got a call from same guy. Claiming she owes $3000 but they will settle for $300. They seem to be targeting Hispanics. Call back number is 18003818132.  This is fraud. Scary part is they have our address. Please share with as many people possible. We need to educate our older Hispanic families.

My mother just got a call from Pablo Mendez saying we own money and we are going to get sued  because we bought a product from them when we never did they are scammers and are hitting the hispanics and trying to make us pay or well immigration will be out for us.. SCAMMERS be aware

Pablo Mendez spoke in spanish. the left a voicemail, the guy said that we missed court date, we could be sued for fraud. 305-407-8409 (This is the number he called from,) 1-800-381-8132(this is the number they left on the message to call back to.) I called back because i wanted to know who the message was for. The guy said are been/going to be  sued for owing money($3,000+) for buying something in Florida(we didn't.) He said a letter is going to been sent.

I also received a call from a man and woman claiming that they are going to sue me for 3,500.
They both are full of crap. I already reported it to the police. Did any one receive a notice by mail?

These people have also been calling my mother. It is ridiculous and very obviously a scam. Also watch out for 1 786 299 5863 and 1786 235 8205 because they are extensions of this same scam. When you return the call it is evident that they are a call center and only speak spanish. They claim to be a "Federal Mediation Court in Florida, and there is no such thing. Spread the word!

I got a call from Pablo Mendez as well. He called me to my mobile and  home numbers. This Pablo speaks Spanish with argentine accent. What is funny is he left a message in spanish telling "He represents : El departamento de Records y fraudes" Records is an English word and the other part of de name is in Spanish :-). In the messages he said he has my location and address and he is going to send the police with a notification as I suppossed to appear in court last week and I didnt show up.

Guy from Florida. Speaks spanishwith like a cuban or spanisher accent. He says you bought something and didn't pay....LIAR!!!!! We went to court and asked and no records show he sent a notification or we missed a court date. He'scommitting fraud. Don't believe him  its a waste of time. Just report it so he doesn't trick people. And he's so dumb he said he's a lawyer my a** . Please call the police and file a report  . He identifies himself as PABLO MENDEZ telling us to let him work Haha "Dejenme trabajar"  I DIDN'T NO COMBINING FRAUD WAS  WORK .

They repeatedly call and harass my wife over some purchase she supposedly made years ago and never paid, which is a patented LIE, as she did pay over $200 for some special skin creams made with crushed pearl or some such, and never received them.  These a***oles appear to target Hispanics and bank on Hispanics' assumed ignorance of US legal processes to bully/intimidate them into paying to avoid potentially expensive court cases and/or exposure to immigration. These clowns don't leave any names and when I called the number, it was conveniently "temporarily disconnected".

It's an out and out scam.

I just received a call from this number and the person, Mr. Pablo Mendez, claime that I had to appear in court due to resolve an issue with a purchase I made and didn,t pay. This is a scam. Please tell everybody about this. I'm filling a claim with the police to track and stopo this fraud.
