I have been getting calls from 3055068897 as well. This is the second month now. He says I am being investigated for internet fraud for a payday loan I never received. I paid him $50 last month and this month. He said I am being charged a penalty because I didnt pay $250 each time and now have to pay $50each month for rest of my life. His name is Jack Wilson, claims to be an officer. Im reporting him right now.

Same here...please let me know what steps you take. This is horrible. They used my local police department phone number 7 times yesterday

I have received a call from this number with a man identifying himself as Officer Jack Wilson with the Internet Crime Division calling about online payday loans stating he will come to your job and arrest you for online fraudulent activity...then the same person spoofs(fake caller id) your local police department numer and then says he is an officer and they are on their way to arrest you. Very rude, very unprofessional and I am seeking to sue this company. The company he says he is calling for is Cash Advance of America. If any of you have any further information or would like to get together on a class action lawsuit, please respond to srhamilton46@gmail.com....I am a collector and this is against the FDCPA and also Banking Comission. They are also asking for $200 on a $300 dollar loan

Received 10 calls this morning. When I called the number back, told me he was an officer with the Internet Crimes Division and there was a summons for me. I have no idea who he is with. Very rude and mean. I have filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission.

These people are calling my job.... Stating that they are officers as of today I will be reporting them to the Attorney Generals Office.

Total scam. Caller, very rude and belligerent, identities himself as an officer with an emergency call with the Internet Crime Division. We called back to verify the company and again the caller challenged why we were calling. We said we would be contacting the FBI and the caller said we would be charged as coconspirator and be behind bars with the person they were calling to speak to. 1) inpersonating and officer 2) stating it was an emergency call 3) threatening us. Sounds like over stepping their boundary to me. They are a payday loan company. We have filed a police report.
