Eric Joseph,  and these other idiots keep calling & messing with the wrong people. Over & over. Saying I owe money for a loan. So, I finally told this fool when my people find you, (and they will), that he's going to get a gift from me- A Mexican neck-tie. Rest assured, my dogs are on the hunt.

i have been getting harrassing calls from this number also and they are insisting i know the person they are looking for, which i do, only i have not spoken to that person in over 4 years which these people refuse to accept and now insisit it is my ex husband which i laughed at, since i am married to the same man for over 40 years and the person there looking for is in his 20's and i am in my 60's.
i even contacted my local phone company and they said there is nothing they could do except have me pay to put something called call intercept/managment on my phone, so i proceeded to call the attorney general's office and am now filling a complaint form with them.
I wish some how we could all get this creep, cause he is so beligerant when he calls.

i keep getting the same calls and and he insists i am that Bobby's ex wife and he insists that i tell him to call or i am in serious trouble at which i laugh.  When i ask him to prove with id who he is he says who are you?.  and if i don't answer he just keeps calling and calling.
I even called the phone company and they said they can't really do anything except to change my phone number cause now he is so beligerant that he blocks his number so it doesn't appear on my caller id.

This number has called my phone repeatedly every 30 seconds for the entire day. I finally answered and he said his name was Officer Eric Johnson. I told him I know it's a scam and that I have notified the Police. He hung up and I haven't heard back.

Got a call from a person yelling and screaming I owe im 500 dollars.  I decided to hang up and he called 20 times in a row.  He said I was going to jail that this is to collect a debt.  I wish I can find out who this is..

I received a call at work this morning from the same guy, Eric Johnson.  I figured it was a scam cause it was an Indian/Hindu voice with an American name.  So I took his name and number and googled it and came up with this page.  I called the guy back and let him have it!  It was sooooo funny.  He called me back and said I was a bi*** and said I did it for a 1.00.  LOLOLOL  I told him yes I am a bi*** and that not to forget it!  He called me back again and said give it up a***ole and he hasn't called back.  I told him that we are all on to him and have reported him to the police and the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

i keep getting calls from this number looking for robert.....and they tell me he used my name as an emergency contact and when i tell them i don't know where he is they threaten me with legal action.  and they claim they can't take my name and number off the papers.  as soon as i tell them they will be hearing from my lawyer they hang up, but still keep calling me back. but i have the attorney general working on it now.......

I said the same thing to the guy that call me..oh wait Supervisor Paul Smith.  He said he accepts what I am saying.

I got a call from these idiots today.  I asked them the name of their company and the person replied....wait for it...."No Particular Company". He said I receivd $800 in funds from a cash advance place. I told him to send me the paperwork...that's when he got combative.  I told him if he ever call here again or try to take any info from me...he will be sued.  I changed account #'s since they had so much info on me and have fraud protection on all of my accounts.

I RECEIVED MESSAGES FROM MY FRIENDS TO CALL THIS NUMBER 3057123849. WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE COMPANY IN REGARDS TO THE MATTER,I SPOKE WITH PAUL WHO REFERRED ME TO OFFICER  ERIC JOHNSON WHO SAID HE WAS WITH THE LEGAL AFFIDAVIT PROCESSING DEPARTMENT,  I WAS THREATENED BY ERIC  THAT IF I DIDNT PAY THE SUM OF $400.00 BY TODAY (9/29/2011) THAT I WOULD BE ARRESTED AS WELL AS MY FRIENDS  WHO THEY USED TO RELATE THE MESSAGE TO ME. ERIC STATED THAT I HAD TAKEN A LOAN OUT WITH CASH ADVANCE WHO IS INCORPERATED WITH BANK OF AMERICA AS AN ONLINE LOAN, WHICH I NEVER EVEN APPLIED FOR.I WAS TOLD THAT MY FRIENDS AND MYSELF WOULD SPEND A TOTAL OF 10 MONTHS IN JAIL. IN SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THIS COMPANYTHEY HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME AND MY FRIENDS...VERY RUDE , DISRESPECTING, AND HARRASSING. MY MAIN CONCERN IS THAT THEY HAVE ALL OF MY INFORMATION: SSN, DOB, DL NUMBER ECT. I FEELTHAT MY PRIVACY HAS BEEN INVADED AND POSSIBLY IDENTITY THEFT MAY OCCUR. THIS IS DEVISTATING...VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

I too received a call at my place of employment from 305 712-3849.  This man's name was supposedly "Officer Eric Johnson", who in turned notified me that a "legal complaint #10619359 had been filed against me by a company named Cash Advance Corp. -- I never heard of these people so I allowed him to talk for a moment longer.  Then I started interrupting him with questions, such as what his name was, where he was calling from, and what was his call regarding.  This man actually got pissed off and told me not to interrupt him anymore, I was somewhat surprised and told him, I was not intentionally trying to interrupt him, but I was just trying to understand what he was saying.  I politely, in a condescending way as well as a chuckle in my voice, told him to finish what he was saying and then I had a surprise for him and needed to inform him of something.  He abruptly hung up. So flip the script on them -- they don't like it when it happens to them.

The caller said that his name was Officer Rick Eric Johnson from the United File Request Department...Please by all means do not give out any information to this person. This is a scammer that is trying to get money. He makes threats in order for you to give in. Again do not give out your personal information to this person. Thanks!

i keep reseving phone calls from Eric Johnson saying i need to pay him 300 dollars on a pay day loan and i called him back to tell him i looked his number up and he is a scamer he called me back saying i was gonna be fired from my job and now im worried that hi has all my informaction and can steal my identity should i be worried about this these ppl need to be stopped he is saying he is an officer and he is not he hung up on me 2 times if he was an officer first off he cant tell me im gonna be behide bars and second off he cant arrest anyone for loans he said i have all your informaction you will resevive a call from his manager first off offericer do not have manager they have captins someone needs to put a stop to him

this is happening to me now on a payday loan he is saying the same thing to me and told me i was gonna here from a manager and hung up on me then called back saying he is gonna have me fired

theses people are not who they say they are they are theives,called my job and house fifty times saying officer eric johnson was going to arrest me

I also have recieved a call from this number, except there not calling me on my phone their calling my place of work.  This is like the 3rd number I have had to report to the police department.  I'm glad to know that you can come to something like this to see if it's real or not.

This number (305) 712-3849 is repeatly calling my MINOR children's phone and harassing them...telling them that they are going to be arrested by the Flordia Police Department.   We don't even live in Flordia.  How can these people just call and harass anyone? And they don't speak English well enough to understand them.  I am contacting the Flordia Attorney General in the morning and reporting them and pressing harassment charges.

These people have called here several times. Saying they are with the FBI.  And, NO I DON'T have a payday loan ANYWHERE and never have...

A Robert Johnson is calling me and my friends threatening us with legal matters he also calls from another number, I have told him that I am going to report him to the authorities. His stupid behind doesn't realize that officers don't call you on the phone!!

This guy, with an indian accent, just called my cell number then my work number within seconds of each other.  He called my work twice.  I hung up twice. On his third time calling me, I decided to just sit there quietly on the phone and not say anything.  This infuriated him.  He was like "Hey B****, WHERE ARE YOU? Hello?! Hello?! You probably have a d*** in your mouth. Stupid B****!"  I notified the FBI in Illinois about these people but they were unable to do anything about them because I hadn't been scammed, and the callers are virtually untraceable since the phone numbers they use are easily disposed of.  Beware people.  Don't be a victim of these people.

My Mother and one of my friends got a call from these guys today.  However, my guy was "Officer Eric Johnson" with the Hindu accent.  I look at all of the posts on here and know one thing, all of you have in fact taken out a payday loan that you defaulted on.  The people that you know who are getting these phone calls are people you used as references for your payday loan. Just be honest. We all know...

There's nothing these "Officers" can do, so just hope that they stop calling soon...

this number has called my job today leaving a message saying that their name was jame's martin and they were a lawfirm calling me. 305-712-3849 also called me today saying that they were eric johnson and they were calling in reference to an emergency.Both men had thick indian accents so I found their names to be not believable.

I just called them and they answered, "Hello".  I said "that's no way to answer a business phone, who is this?"  He got really mad and wouldn't tell me his, or his company's name. I continued to piss him off until he finally hung up...

Eric Johnson has called me over 12 times in the past year. I am a reference for someone else, I told him to take me off their contact list, they agreed, then call back. I try to get someone on the phone with whom I can understand to no avail.. I am contacting a lawyer... My phone records will prove my case..

HE ASK WHEN I COULD CALL BACK. I TOLD HIM AT NOON. WHEN I HUNG UP I DID A LITTLE RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT THIS WAS A SCAM!!! I WILL BE GIVING THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND WHEN I SPEAK TO THEM AT NOON!!

WHEN ID DIDN'T CALL BACK AT NOON. THEY CALLED ME AT 2PM ANGRY ON THE PHONE. SAYING I AM NOT TAKING THEM SERIOUS. I TOLD HIM THIS IS A SCAM. HE WENT ON TO SAY THAT THE NYPD WILL BE CONTACTING ME. I COULD BE FACING PRISON SENTENCE. AGAIN IT OLD HIM THIS IS A SCAM. HE YELLED AT ME AND TOLD ME IF THIS IS A SCAM THEN HOW WOULD I HAVE YOUR CHECKING,SAVING ACCOUNT NUMBERS, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, ETC.. HE TOLD ME I WILL BE CONTACTED AGAIN EITHER BY NYPD OR THERE ATTORNEY. THEN HUNG UP ON ME..

Just to let you know, this is a Miami number, I'd like to know how the NYPD is going to get send out to you.

They called my cell phone from this number and asked me to call this number as my name is involved in a pending legal matter.  The person had a foreign accent and was hard to understand.  He left a voice mail message.  I did not return it; I am starting to document the calls that I get from this number and others that I do not recognize.  When I searched online the phone number is said that is was linked to a cell phone # in FL-unpublished and unavailable.
