Today (11/06/07) is the first time I remember seeing this number and they have called 3 times roughly 1 hour apart.

I haven't been able to answer yet.

I can't add to who this is, but I can say they're going to be difficult to find.

I Use Voicenetwork.ca for my IP phone service, my phone number is 305.890.XXXX -- seeing that it's so close to the above, it may be through the same company, or it may be simply a faked callerid number.  

305 is Miami Beach - that's where I'm at, but I also have a Chicago number for that matter. This one caught my interest since I rarely see another 305.890 here in Miami.

Hope that can help to some degree, although in reality it probably makes the annoying bastard harder to track down; if the return call can't be made to them it's likely a faked callerid or a line that can only be used for outbound, a true b***h to get away from.  Especially since it sounds like they're gaining nothing, only harassing people.

I am getting sick and tired of this number calling my home and cell phone, I am going to forward all my calls to Verizon 800 numbers so they can get these calls and see how they like them.  305-890-1715

I am getting call from 305-890-1715 on my cell phone, I went to do not call and it still coming on my phone.  The phone company isn't doing a thing about the call.  They problem know who the person (s) are.  My phone is used as my business line and I do not need this mess on my line.  I know the phone company can do something about the calls without a charge.

ALL the missed calls on my cell phone are from this number (at least 5 yesterday).

I just put a block on my phone so that I only receive calls that are in my contact list.

Be careful, these people say they are calling because you have unpaid medical bills on your credit card and ask you if this is correct. Then they want your card number and so on. If they new that you had unpaid bills on your credit card why do they need you to give them your credit card details?  SCAM

I have gotten three calls from this number. Each time I answer the line goes dead.

After the 7th hang up from these guys in one day, I finally had someone on the other end.  When I asked who she was with, she hung up!

I got 3 calls from this number, 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and at 8:05 I answered.  No response from who ever was on the line.

Didn't answer on Monday, 2/25/08 at 7:18pm.  My husband answered at 8:12 same evening.  It was one of those debt/credit calls.  We don't have any debt.  The callerID says "cell phone."

CALL IF YOU WANT SOMETHING. Don't bug me while I am at work! GRR!

This Number calls 3x a day different times. No message is left.

Continuous calls hourly, when you try to call back it tells you that your call cannot be completed as dialed.  If you pick, no one is on the other end.  The fact that the first call came today, and now they call LITERALLY EVERY hour on the hour is annoying, the only thing I have done is to go to (this is my cell) phone settings/security and block all calls that are not on my contact list, this way the phone doesnt ring, the call automatically goes to vm, so even if it is a call I DID want, they have the opportunity to leave a message.

This number calls 1 a day at different times.  No message is left and if I answer the caller just hangs up.

tried to call again from my home line & got a busy signal. when i called back from my cell phone, where the call went to the one time i got it so far, it rang once & i got a stock msg (verbatim & revised from my above post) saying "welcome to verizon wireless, your call cannot be completed as dialed. please check the number & dial again. announcement 4 switched to dash four one" I called again from the cell phone, it rang & i got another stock msg, "all circuits are busy. please try your call again later. announcement eight switched to dash four one". four one". I called several times & I get one of these two msgs every time, usually the first one.
When I call from my home phone using a calling card, I get a standard busy signal. An odd note...every single time I called, my cell phone display showed "connected" right away after a couple seconds but there was dead silence for a good 10-15 secs tween the 'connected' thing and the first ring. guaranteed every time...even when I called from the land line.

just now missed the first call i know of from the mystery caller.
called back and verizon said something about, you're call did not go thru please try your call again later.

The guy called me on my home phone,every day! When I saing hillo He/she never anwser.

The guy called me on my cell phone!  Thought it was a house # - I asked him how he got my cell number - and he hung up the phone!

Started getting calls from 305-890-1715 today.  No message.  No info just a waste of time.  Seems like in Our Modern times this could be stopped.  No idea who these people are.  I looked them up on www.white.pages.com and they have no info just that it is in Florida.  I don't like to have my phone tied up incase my son calls.  He is stationed overseas.  Needless to say these calls are frustrating.
