No call, but I got hit for 11.49.  Reported it to my credit union & cancelled the card.  They told me Palacian Solutions has my home address and even the three digit number on the back of the card. This is the second time this has happened to me.  The first time the company was in Europe, but that charge was over $70. I emailed the company that made the charge and screamed bloody murder, and they released the funds back into my account.  I couldn't believe it.  After I cancelled the card, numerous companies continued to try and hit the card for months afterward.

I've posted earlier on this. I have also worked with the Ohio Attorney General to open and investigation on Palacian.

I git hit with the same amount ($11.89)on a card i haven't used in months! The charge was on 5/3/08.....I just canceled the card after reading the posts here! Thanks for the info!...spooky stuff...

I contacted my Credit card Company (fraud Department) and they informed me of several additional small charges made since my last purchase.  They are sending me new credit cards and cancelled the Misc. charges.  Also, I have to fill out a Fraud claims form when they send it to me. What a bummer!

Look under the number 570-647-4165. These are "scams" and you'll continue to be hit unless you cancel and reissue a new credit card number. Many people have been hit from a charge at Home Depot (or use of a debit card there). Someone appears to have hacked into their info. I called and they didn't believe me and left me on hold for 1/2 hour.

Makes me want to just cancel everything since it is just so easy for someone to access ur information.. what can we do. I canceled and ordered me a new card, before i even realized this mess.. WOW..

Is there a government agency we can contact and get this resolved. I have tried to submit a report to the attorney general. The federal gov can do something about this.

I am glad you checked your prior statements, both ULC Solutions 623-444-2964 Arizona and Crystal Clear Designs 206-319-8144 Washington, are already listed in my report. They are confirmed as part of the criminal enterprise, along with dozens of others.

You should still report the other two charges as fraudulent to BOA. The 60 day notification statute from statement date does not apply to fraud charges.

Again, it is vital to cancel and replace your card, as you can see in this and many other cases, your card will continue to be charged over and over. All of these sites are just fake fronts, set up soley to launder the hijacked card data in to cash.

I had the same charge and now realize that the 2 charges I didn't recognize in December, 2007 are the same people. I ended up not reporting the fraud because the phone process was so horrible with Bank of America, I figured I might have forgotten what these charges were for, and the total was under $20.

The Palacian Solutions, LLC was set up 1/7/08 via a National Registered Agents, Inc, agent in Marion, Ohio. The LLC was registered by an Ohio resident who is a duped cyber-mule recruited by a major crime syndicate operating from Eastern Europe. The PALACIANTECHNOLOGIES.COM AKA THE PALACIAN SOLUTIONS, LLC 309-740-0437 is just one of 40 or so active fraud sites currently being operated by this multi-year crime syndicate. They use the duped cyber-mules to obtain an EIN number, set up the LLC and a corresponding business bank account. They use authorize.net / cybersource exclusively as the payment gateway. The cyber-mules wire the fraudulent proceeds to various laundering facilities in  Bulgaria, Latvia, Kyrgstan, and Cyprus. Some of the stolen funds have ended up in the Ukraine. This is a multi million dollar criminal enterprise that has been in operation for several years. Many of the recent card fraud victims are military personnel stationed both here and abroad. This crime syndicated recently hacked Rangerjoes.com and obtained their entire customer database and card data. Some of that data was processed through Palacian Solutions and several of the other current fake sites.

It is imperative that all victims immediately cancel and replace their cards, as they will continue to be charged by various other names. Report the charge as fraudulent, not as a dispute. Check your prior statements for previous charges that you may not have noticed, anywhere from $2.95 to $15.

The same thing happend to me. I checked my debit card and I had a posting for $11.89 from the Palacian Solutions. So I googled it and all this stuff came up. I called my bank right away and cancled my card! This is scary that some one can get you card like this. I am reporting it and my bank is going to dispute it

Same as the other postings. I discovered an authorization (pre-charge) on my VISA card.  They hit the wrong guy, because I hollered over at my partner here at the Secret Service who handles credit card cases.  Some investigative research was done on this company. They are an Ohio Limited Liability Company with a "Mail drop" address. Their phone number is a forwarded message phone line leased by L3 communications (not the bad guy, only a telecom provider) on a Peoria, Illnois exchange.
What they seem to be doing is trying to get small amounts from consumer cards to see if the card is valid. Then later attempting to charge larger amounts.
The best thing you can do is 1) Check your statements/authorizations (if you can check online, even better and faster); 2) If they get you, close out your card and get a new card & new number; 3) PLEASE file a Federal complaint at http://www.ic3.gov/complaint
Put as much detail as you can about the date and details of the charges.
