we already in a system thru the city to cut the price of our electric and it is working.  they called and left NO message and the caller id said unknown so they need to change the tatic if they want some one to answer or call back...

Stop calling, if we wanted another electric company supplier, we would call them, they have their numbers online, I have already tried another supplier and it cost me $1.73 more than from Ameren, so I switched back during the grace period.
what is the point in paying more? you can't guarantee lower prices and tell the truth about it, I tried it and found out! the rep lied to me and I never got the $200. gift card they promised, even if you switch back you will still get the visa gift card , it was all BS.
HAD  i waited for some bogus gift card it would've been past the grace period and cost money to switch back to Ameren as my electric supplier. it costs more to have a different electric company to send their power on Ameren lines, you get additional charges, and you had better be paying your bill before the due date, or it is lights out.

This is the second type of call in about six months that I have received.   This time I didn't get the name of the supplier who was trying to sell me electricity.  I reported and complained about the first call and right now cannot remember the company.  Palm something or another.  Very very rude both times.  "Go get your Ameren bill"  he says to me trying to pretend he was from Ameren and this was very important.  Look on page so and so and see if ..........Company is listed.  "It isn't?"  "Well, It should be."  Also making it seem that there is some mistake on my bill.  I almost fell for it the first time, but not today.  I've reported these calls to Ameren and also to the Illinois Commerce Commission
They are taking advantage of senior citizens.  I might notify our police department and our local newspaper to warn people.

I receive calls from this number at least two or three times a week.  They apparently do not like my answering machine as a message is never left.  I have ATT telephone service which allows me to block 20 telephone numbers so they receive a message stating "this telephone number is not excepting calls from that particular number.  It works for a while but these low life's have several telephone numbers that they often use to access your residence.  When I have blocked 20 numbers I delete them all and start over.  Thank God for answering machines!

Deregulation (you know that "small government" thing that tea baggers and corporate cronies in both parties have been pushing down our throats) has really fertilized the utility landscape for crooks like this, by legalizing highway robbery. Best deregulation money can buy!

Getting you ear chewed off on the phone is a damned cheap price to pay for the license to pillage with impunity. If you can't take the heat, get out of the boiler room.

Regardless of your inability to understand why people don't like you and why what you're doing is not okay, lemme break it down for you:  this site is NOT for you to hawk your wares or bully people who don't like the way your company continuously calls.  There are people over a period of time all saying the same thing, whereas you come here, are rude and nasty, and continuously spamming, and yet, you want us to believe THEY'RE all wrong and YOU'RE correct. Not buying it, sorrynotsorry.

Instead of getting defensive and nasty AND attempting to "OMG YOU CAN SAVE WITH MEEEE AREN'T I AWESOME," perhaps you should take this, uh, QA attempt and actually LISTEN to what the people are telling you.  They would be your customers (giving you the LARGEST benefit of the doubt ever that your company is even legitimate) but YOU are driving them away.  C'mon, this is Business 101.

Not trolling, this is part of QC. I do take some of what we find here seriously, and address it with mgmt. But most posts are really not factual. There is a term, "buyers are liars". It is true. Every time I hear someone scream "YOU PEOPLE HAVE CALLED ME 10 TIMES TODAY!"  I look at the call history, and we have called 2x over a 2 wk period. Rude? if you think this is rude, you should hear what Ameren customers feel is appropriate to say to me on the phone. This is most certainly cheerful, friendly and tame.

Rotten person? I talked to an elderly lady who got scammed by Clearview and was paying over 8 cents per kwh, I cut her rate almost in half. Rotten people are the ones scamming the elderly and raising their rates and locking them into contracts with high cancellation fees.

Question is, why are YOU trolling here?

Scammers? funny. No scam, Illinois residents voted for this program. Ameren has to buy your electricity from somewhere, might as well choose who they buy it from and save money. No scamming involved. We have an excellent rating with the better business bureau.

Scum like me? You mean, a single mom with 6 herniated disks who fully qualifies for disability, but would rather EARN a paycheck? I suppose you would rather I collect disability and food stamps than try to help you save money.

Just got a callback by the person who scammed my elderly Mom.  Unlike the polite customer service girl I spoke with, this dude was a total A-hole to me.  Must be because he doesn't get his commission from us now.  The guy lied about being from Ameren.  I would avoid Nordic Power at all costs, and I would suggest to the nice customer service girls to go work for a reputable company.

They just called my elderly Mom.  They DID represent themselves as Ameren saying she could be saving some money being on a different program.  They kept tossing around numbers totally confusing her.  After 15 minutes, they had the info they needed to switch her service.  I called the number on the caller ID.  I found out it was not Ameren, but Nordic Power.  The lady at customer service, was nice.  I explained the situation, and as of right now, she is looking into it, and is supposed to be calling me back.  She was polite, but the original caller saying that he was representing Ameren should be held accountable.

I politely told the caller that I am not the person who pays the power bill and asked that they quit calling because I am recuperating from major surgery.  They appologized, but continue to call.   That is RUDE!

I only WISH I could talk to the yokel idiots I encounter on the phone this way. Some are downright assmunches. Sadly, I cannot, and am amazingly cheery and helpful. Most people are great, and appreciative of the savings opportunity. But some are not, mostly because they don't understand the program, are nasty, and think they know it all.

The fact that you call perfect strangers "bi****s" destroys any hope that you may be an intelligent individual, probably could not understand the program, nor what a monopoly is and what deregulation does for you.. Perhaps if you had read the information Ameren has been sending to you and printing on your bill, you may understand that these "bi****s" were trying to help you save money.
