answered phone without saying anything, dead air for 5 seconds, hung up

got a call twice within one hour. did not answer

Whoever it is just called my cell phone, no name in the caller ID.  I never give out my cell number to anyone but people I know, so that ticked me off.  I star-67 called the number back, and it immediately replied that the number was no longer in service.  Conclusion: scam or telemarketers... actually, they're pretty much the same thing.
