I have received this call once yesterday but missed the call. Since I have been getting calls for a Kayla from education services and even her mother and friends I assumed she was an idiot who didn't know her own phone number and it was another school looking for her. I've had my number for over five years lol.  Glad I checked this out and now am aware who and what this scam is and will be prepared. Thank you

Same thing. This number has been calling me everyday but not leaving a message. I never answer because I don't recognize the number. From the sounds of it, this is just a scam call. They are trying to take advantage of people.

I got 4 calls from this number but never answered because I was at work. I started getting calls like this when I signed up on a few sites to look for a job. I noticed most of these posts are from 1 to a few years ago. I'm annoyed that a person like this is back at it. I'm glad I didn't answer and definitely never plan to if I get another call. I'm checking my account also. Thanks to everyone who put up posts like this. They are so helpful.

This number is calling me every couple of days. I never answer the phone if I don't recognize the number, and then go check it out later to see who it was, usually by going online. This place sounds like a total scam, but they are scuzzy enough to know how to stay out of any bad trouble. They just want some suckers to hand 'em some cash, which is sad cuz obviously people have or I wouldn't be looking at your posts from 2009. I'm seruiously tempted to answer or call them back because they have no idea who I am or what I can do to drive them nuts like they have driven you nuts. If I take a day out of my schedule and go for it, I'll post back here. It hardly seems worth the time but it can be a real blast messing with vultures, I mean people who mess with people for a living.

Read all postings...do not worry or stress...this is a SCAM...If this is true...summons from your local court would have been sent to you or a person from local legitimate court would have served you...so do not worry...

This guy calls me a lot never leaves a message. When i did pick up not knowing the number he claimed all he had on me and i laughed. I said really you want my info so you can suck me dry I don't think so! Told him to suck his father. I now have blocked him. So enter his number on your cell as Telmarketer a***ole and block him or send him straight to voicemail!!! Thats what i do with all of them!

I also got a call from this number, but the reason why I got the call was because i was trying to apply for a job.  When I filled out the information online I did not uncheck the box that says if i would like to get information about furthering my education.  I got a call from 310-362-4312, but they did not leave a message.  I called back and it was indeed a representative of an education program.  The girl was really nice and did not have a problem.  To all those who got a call from a foreigner/non-english speaking person it was probably someone else who got your personal information and some how called and this phone number appeared.  Whatever you do do not give them any of your personal information, and when they call asking for you always ask who is calling.  Even better just don't answer their call.  Hope my comment helped.  If they are saying that they are charging you with fraud just say you will be contacting the local authorities and that their phone call has been traced.

i ama victim of this as well some guy keeps calling my phone statng he has my information my banking account information my social security number and my phone number and is threating to sue me for some money i never ever recieved i dont know whats going onbut he has my information and is trying to settle outside of court i dont know what to do im only 19 and i ive never signed up for anything is this a scam he calls from different numbers and when i try to call them back i never get a response also he leaves messages asking for me to get an attoyney and im so lost on where to go from here

here is what you CAN do about these idiots..... when they call next inform them that it is a federal offense to impersonate a member of the law... or falsely represent yourself as a legal attorney and that if they continue to harass you about such things that you will take THEM to court. I had a phone call from a man named Neil and I told him that If he can send me legal paperwork on the matter that I would take him seriously however if he could not I would accept that as him officially ceasing all contact me within the future. I also informed him that I knew where his office was (thanks to google) and that I would be investigating on my own his justification of said dept.... I think I actually heard him crap his pants after all was said and done.

I have been receiving these same calls, first they called my Mother on her cell phone, and scared the crap out of her telling her that they had my social security number and that it was mixed up in something and that they needed to get in touch with me fast, then they called my job after we were closed and left me a voice mail, that said due to the privacy of the call that they could not release any information, but went on to tell me that I needed to call them asap or I was in big trouble, but if I called back then he could help me, when I first heard the message, I was super afraid, I listened to it about 20 times, because I could not understand the number he was leaving, then at the end of the message he told me god bless. Then today, I get a call from someone name Alex Lewis, and when I started asking him questions, he said that he could not tell me any thing, and then after a while he said that it was from a online loan that I had taken out in September 2009 I told him that I had no idea what he was talking about and that he needed to send me this, via email and he stated that he had to get this approved with the head attorney, he then called back and but someone on the phone who sounded just like him saying that he was the head attorney, and they would email information. The info that they email me did not tell me who I owed this money too, so I called back and they said that I had taken out a loan with FAST CASH INTERNATIONAL. I said I did not and then he started to scream at me and told me that I needed to either Western Union or Money Gram them this money or they would turn it over to the court system, I told them I was going to talk to my Attorney and then he started screaming again and I started screaming and I just hung up the phone, they are calling me from 817-717-7310.

I GOT THE SAME CALL FROM A JAMES AUSTIN SAYING I TOOK OUT A LOAN IN AUGUST FOR 600.00 DOLLARS. AND THAT THEY ARE FILING CHARGES FOR THIS MONEY. THEY WANTED ME TO GIVE MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER.THEY HAD MY SS ,BUT ITS WASNT MY BANK.WE ALL ORDER THING ONLINE.IAM NOT ANYMORE ITS TO SCARY.

I had a call on Friday, 5/15 from ACS fash cash international stating I I have a crimmal court again and I need to appear in court for money I borrowed back in September of 08 of 300.00. I owe now 1,000 They read me what I was charge for.I did not understand them. The guys name was James Watson and the number to be aware is 310-362-4320. He read me all my info from bank acct ss my home address etc. He mentioned I was support to get the court papers on Monday (which is today) at my job. He mentioned I got 17-e-mails that were submitted to me stating that a lawsuit against me would be file. I am reporting to attorney general in new york.

This person named kevin called me today from 4107755434 claiming to be from ACS and representing fast cash international regardin charges ( he didn't say criminal but the word "charges" implies such) filed against me for all kinds of nasty crimes invoking a payday loan. #1. I have NEVER had a payday loan nor even applied for one! #2. yes he is very rude and when I tell him where he can shove it, he proceeds to tell me I'm now going to be charged with abusive language to an attorney! Ok, so I'm determined to be even more abusive now when he calls every 2 minutes. I have no business with this scam artist! He appears to have a female accomplice. When I blocked my caller I'd from sending and called back, she answered and I asked her for an address to send payment to. She gave me the address of 2250 village way, signal hills, CA 90755. Calling from a union bridge telephone number and giving a RESIDENTIAL address in Cali...... SCAM! I have reported this to my local law enforcement, the S.C. Attorney generals office and will be contacting union bridge MD and spring hills California polica Monday morning, as well as the LA district attorneys office and the FBI and my local members of congress. My thought is he is using a VOIP number, and it is stupid to offer US based lines to ip addresses outside the US. I firmly believe that if this person is IN the US we should all be raising high holy HELL with the USDOJ pronto. Call authorities IMMEDIATELY if u receive a call from these bums. EVERY single time they call! Idiots who CLAIM to be attorneys don't threaten action for abusive language when they PLACED the call to ME! When they call YOUR phone, u have every right to speak however u wish, it's called the 1st ammendment! Dummies!

I also got a call from acs fast cash international  on my cel and at work from James Watson at 310-362-4320. He said to me I had a court order against me and need to appear in court in los Angelos. he also read all my info, checking acct, ss, home address and that I owned 1000 dollars because I did not took out a loan back in Sept of 2008. He was rude and did not want to tell me who was filling these charges. I checked on online and read some like was a victim from the same people. I am very scare. I called my bank immediately. How can we stop them? he said I need to appear in court and I will get these papers by monday and he said I gotton 13 emails regarding these judgments. Please be aware. who should I report this to before something bad can happen??????

Dude had my email,last 4 of my social and he also had my cell number.
I told him to get a life.

I don't like the fact that he had my personal information.

I also received a call from this company but the calls are coming from an 858-777-1977 and one of the guys who has called is name David Wilson. They also threatened me with 3 charges and that I need to appear in court. They call my work about once a week after I asked him to stop. He always threatens me "between the lines" saying be careful for what unfolds upon you. I called back and told him to stop scamming people and to leave me alone he told me I am a stupid person  and I am a criminal. He told me to give him my address and I asked why he said he is going to send the FBI to my house, haha. These people are nothing but scam artists. They are all of Indian decent but use American white names and give you several different names for the same person. I hope we can do something about these rude no good people.

Oh wow here is a new number 213-286-0210. Caller ID shows as 1234567890

This guy calls leaving a message stating that his name, oh wait has to pause a moment to come up with fake name because he is in stinking India of all places.  He states, this is Bruce Harvey!  Then just like everyone else says he has to reach me due to charges being brought against me and mentions Fast Cash International.  He tells me when I call him that I should know about this as he has emailed me numerous times. Then starts saying that I need to show up in court the next day since I haven't gotten any of his emails and did not know about this.  He says his company is ACS and says they are Lawyers.  I need to have my Lawyer contact him.  He asks if I have a case number and I say no because you have not emailed me.  I ask him to mail something in writing to which by LAW they are to do.  This person gets irrate and asks me if I think I am Barak Obama.  This person broke every lasting rule under The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  Anyway I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in California as this is where the phone number originates from supposedly unless it is a Vonage number or Magicjack number to which they could be anywhere in the world!  What is funny is one person answers the phone, says they are one name.  Places you on hold and it sounds like the same person saying it is another name.

They have been calling me for a week; I 've had asked them repeatedlyt o put something in writing and fax it to work for my attorneys to review it; they have not done it and refuse. When i tell them the FBI is involved they hang up on me. Last week or earlier this week I called back and asked to speak to a Ricky Wilson; well the woman who answered the phone told me that there was no Rocky Wilson at the company. When they called the next day and the man identified himself as Ricki Wilson i laughed in his face and hung up; I have been in touch with the FBI, FTC and the Secret Service. I told the guy if the debt is mine, I will pay it but not without seeing something in writing. No company has attempted to contact me about any outstanding loans in writing. I double checked with my roommate in the event she had taken a piece of my mail by  mistake. We've gotten nothing. I've researched the company and based upon what I've seen this is a scam and the numbers are disconnected easily; the one number is no longer in service, 310-321-4312, at least the last time I tried it. Being in the legal field people don't get noticed for court by a phone call and debt collectors put it in writing; also they violate the federal law b/c I have asked then to put things in writing and they have not, they claim they don't have to. LOL they are a joke -

Same guy called me, I have no idea what he is talking about.  Told me I would be charged and I'm going to lose my job.  Is there anyone out there who has resolved issues with these people or have got them to stop calling when you don't owe the debt they are saying you owe.  They call me at work 24/7 - this is outrageous.  Why can't we as consumers have any right to stop these phone calls.  They tell you they are going to take you to court but yet no papers come in the mail.  Thank goodness the bank account they have for me is closed.  I have no clue what to do about this, please someone help.

I also got a call from the same number but he said his name was allen smith.  had a foreign accent and i could not understand him.  he said i was going to be arrested also and was going to have to pay 5285 for a 300 oayday loan.  i told the guy i hadn't taken a payday loan out and he knew my ssn and the bank he told me was not my bank.  the two numbers i hae are 941-961-8518 and 310-362-9387.  i did some research on these number and the 941 is a cell number which has been disconnted and the 310 is a land lime.

Oh my gosh these people are freaking insane. I recived a call from a man named sounded like Jason Casey he didn't say what he wanted or what company he was with but did say he needed me or my region attorney to call him and the issue at hand was extrremly time sensitive. If I or my region attorney didn't return his phone call  at (714)409-0415,he could only wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me and may God bless me. This is a load of crock first of all no collection agency has a 714 area code number and they are most likely not arabian and second he's has to be kidding me with that may God bless you line. I also had another company contact me from supposedly Eagle Eye and Associates back in February talking this same jingle (with out the God bless part) this lady even had the last 4 of my social and my correct name and address but I didn't find out they were scammers until after I sent them a promissary note. I filed a claim with my district attorney and placed a freeze on all my credit reports. I don't understand how and why these people can go on doing all this without anyhing being done about it.
