You know, if you're going to come here and shill for this scam company - which represents itself as a government agency - which it is NOT - you should at least learn how to write and spell!

WOW...Am I lucky to run into this site.  I just received a call from this number with a reference #187626.  I sounded suspecious because if there is an affirmative action compliance issues it should come from government agencies, not someone identifying themself as MS.

After the third voicemail from this company, I was fed up.  I called the company using the reference number provided and told them that I needed to be removed from the call list.  The rep confirmed that my phone number would be removed.  I don't know if it will work or not, but felt it was worth a try.

This is the second call I have received.  This time if was from Jordan Eckles, MS Affirmative Action Compliance Department, call back at 310-363-7876, case no:  182703.  Thanks again for letting me know this is a scam.  

Received a voice mail from Portia Welch at the "MS Affirmative Action Compliance Dept." asking me to return the call at this number and use Reference # 186790.  I won't be returning the call.

We received a voice mail from Corisha at MS Affirmative Action Compliance Department with a reference number.  When I thought it was a bit bizarre so I googled the number and sure enough it was a scam. Thanks everyone for posting!  You saved me time in dealing with these creeps.

I have gotten at least 6 calls from different people at this number making it sound like a legitimate government agency.

Barbara calling from NS Affirmative Action asking to speak with the VP of Human Resources.  I could tell it was from a call center and offered to take a message instead.  Said to reference 192041.... too funny.  Bunch of bull!

I just got a call from Earl Guage from this number, from the MS Affirmative Action Compliance Dept. about good faith effort Minority Outreach Requirements in the Plan. Knowing we have no such Plan and never hearing of this company, I did the same as many and Googled the number. Thanks for all the feedback on this number!

We should all call this number back and inundate their reps with orders for triple anchovy pizza.  Whey they say they aren't a pizza company, we should ask them for the phone number to the closest pizza places.

Just received a phone call from Alyssa Edwards from the Affirmative Action Compliance Department (sounds official). She referenced # 351-935 and wanted my HR Director to call her as soon as possible. I "googled" the number because I could hear the other calls in the background and it sounded like a call center and assumed it was a sales call. Glad I was able to read the messages before forwarding the message to my HR Director. May 2014

Received a voicemail today which said:  "This is Susan with MS Affirmative Action Compliance Dept.  I need you to contact us at (310) 363-7876.  Please use reference number 178.183"
So I googled it to find out the type of agency it is, and I'm very glad to have found this thread.

I just received the same message from these clowns.  I actually kind of hope they call back- there is a lot of potential for good comedy here.  Thank everyone for the posts- very helpful!

Received call from Lisa Farrion (spelling?) of MS Affirmation Action Compliance dept 310-363-7876 ref # 171977.  Extremely rude and demanding.

Got a call today from this number with the same MO as stated with a reference number.  The caller had a very convincing but confusing argument to use their service for $1200.  I called the legitimate companies that I deal with and everything they described was either not necessary or already covered.  The caller made it sound like they were a gov't agency until I asked.

Just got two messages from Julia who sounded officious and impatient.  Googled MS Affirmative Action and got the updates.  Thank you for the posts.

It was a free consultation regarding new affirmative action mandates.  I'm glad I took the call.  Tons of free information on new regulatory requirements.  We need to be in compliance and this firm is a great help.  You don't have to buy anything, you just have to listen and pay attention.

How can we stop this. This is the second call I have received. The first call I returned and noticed very quickly it was a scam. I am not returning the second call.

They must have fun making up these fake reference numbers.

Received a voice mail message from Susan at MS Affirmative Action Compliance  310-363-7876 stating that she "needed to talk to us" and left the reference number 176.305.  Glad I read this post and confirmed my suspicions.  Any dealing that we have had with Office of Federal Contract Compliance has either been via certified mail or the voice mail message has stated the reason for the call.  

Received call from a mumbling individual claiming to be from MS Affirmative Action at 310-363-7876 who left the same message along with a reference number.  Sounded like a scam so I am happy to be able to report it.

Just received a call from this number identifying themselves as MS Affirmative Action. I asked point blank if this were a sales call, rep hesitated then said, "we are MS Affirmative Action." I asked three more times if this was a sales call, again same answer. I pressed her again on who exactly are you, same answer, then told me I needed to speak with a counselor, put me on hold, then after about a minute the line disconnected.

Before I could post this they called back. I told her I googled MS Affirmative Action and find out that they are a scam. She said no we are not. I asked if they were a government agency, she said no. Then why are you calling? Response to make aware of the changes in Affirmative Action. Out of the goodness of their hearts! When asked if they were selling a product or service, she hesitate, and responded, I don't know. The tried to sound intimidating asking for my name as if she were an official agency. Hang up if you get a call from this number, or better yet, don't answer.

Just received the 2nd call from this number.  First time I responded and once I found it they were selling me something, I let them have it.

Yet today, I get another call from someone else, just not going to return it today.

Does anyone know where they get the list of who is a federal contractor?  I want to see if our company name is still there, as we are no longer a contractor.
