I just got a call on my cell from this number and a partial voicemail mentioning eligibility for a plan and to call 1-866-880-5326. I then filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry.

I guess I'm the winner. I received a call at 10:56 a.m. today and I was given a toll free number to call back, which I did to inform these telemarketers I'm on DNC list and I am filing a report to FCC to report the incident. BTW the number they left is 866-880-5326.

I answered the call but no one was there. These calls are getting more frequent. I've been getting them from different numbers. At first I thought it could be a robo call serching for valid numbers that people would answer. Now, after reading a few post, I think its a robo call phishing for people to call back so it can try to sell you something. Either way I wish they would grow up and get a life.

I received calls from another number and when I returned the call they HAD THE SAME EXACT PHONE MESSAGE
First report them to your phone company and the police by calling *57
Next report them to the FCC at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

Their calling ID name is - V81412171500015 so they are shielding so you do not know who they are.
(The name on the other call I received with the same recording read INTERNATIONAL T)
