For a couple of months I receieved a daily call from the collection agency re: 800-414-8319.  I finally submitted an FCC compaint a couple days ago and I didn't receive the call yesterday.  With any luck, I won't recieve the call again.  I would recommend everyone who receives an incorrect collection call from this number submit an FCC complaint.  The more they get, the less likely it will happen to others.

Hey just called and when asked for the fed id number i push 121 and got to talk to a real person. So hopefully they will stop calling.

These people have been calling our place of business for 3 weeks now. They hang up before anyone can say anything. Finally I *69 the call and got their number. Called it and got the same voice message as everyone else but the number is different 562-453-4352..maybe the payphone idea worked and they changed the number.

I keep getting these calls and they wn't talk. I'm on a no call list and I thought people like this wasn't suppossed to call a number on a no call list.

I have been getting calls from them for months.  They call in the middle of night and leave message on my work phone.  Today I decided to call back.  When it asked for an id#, i typed in 123.  The recording said wrong number but I would be transfered to an operator.  I told them I wanted them to stop calling my work number.  The lady told me she was trying to get ahold of Elton Q McQueen.  I explained that I have no idea who that is but this was my work number and that they need to stop calling.  She said ok

This number keeps called my work number (at a federal agency) and asks for an Elton Q McQueen.  The calls mostly come in the middle of the night and I have a message once, sometimes twice a week when I get into work.  I once called it back, but the number doesn't go anywhere.

I can't even figure out what the name of the person they say they're after is supposed to be?  Alaradomiay Odohnu or something like that?  Nice name, but it sure ain't mine.

So after the seventeenth call I tried phoning the number they left on my answerphone, and got the most bored-sounding robot ever made offering me a choice between paying the debt or telling them my SSN.  Gee, I'm sure going to go right ahead and do that!

Here's a suggestion for you, Palisades Collections: when I call your number back, how about you GIVE ME A WAY TO TELL YOU YOU'VE GOT THE WRONG NUMBER?  I mean, it's in your interest too!  You'll never track your debtor down if you KEEP HARRASSING SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER HEARD OF THEM without giving me any way to tell you you've got the wrong number!

Why are these clowns even in business still?  Seriously.

Caller ID shows Beverly Hill, CA.  No message was left.  Calls late at night.  Very annoying

the same number called me the name of the person  they used  i gotten calls from other collection agencies alot those ones have stopped with those other agencies i at was able to a live person. The palisades collections i can't get a live person. So today i reported it  attorney generals office in my state

You have the wrong number for Cynthia Green. Please remove that number from you calling list.

I keep getting calls from this #  I call back and its for someone who evidently had this phone over 2 yrs. ago before I got my number.  The recording just keeps saying, if you want to look up your # by ss#, or by debtor id, ect. never a time to say this is not the right number for the person your looking for for I just let it keep going on and on and hope they get the messge that I want to talk to someone but it just keeps the same stupid recording. I am going to look up their address and another phone number for them and tell them they need to change their message and procedures on that stupid recording to allows people to let them know they have received a wrong phone number!!!!!

You have to write a demand letter to stop calling your telephone number.
Any thing involving a debt collector has to be in writing to stop calling your number
the only way they can contact you is by a written letter.

As ashamed as I am that I owe debt, it's not my fault that I cannot find work. (Searching for a job is my FT job at the moment) I can barely pay mortgage and food! For relief, if they call from a true number vs unknown or private, I just store the number in my cell address book under the name of Z set with a silent ring. I've added them all in that manner. Sad but it works. I have no time for the stress they cause..... I just never hear them calling..... just missed calls. Just ignore them. It's interesting that no one ever leaves messages... how can they prove contact? I've never received papermail, emails or messages. How can I respond? I will deal with them once I'm working again.

It's palisades collections. These do***e bags call my house every day. I just listen and laugh. Like I'm going to waste my time and money calling them? They can call until they go out of business. I only answer calls from people I know.

I know exactly what to do. Go to a payphone and call their 800-414-8319. They are charged $1.00 each time you call from a payphone. You do not have to put any money into the pay phone to call an 800 #. Call them repeatedly like they do you. They pay $1.00 each time you call. A truck stop is a good place because you can use different phones.

I think this is a collection agency, Palisades - and they are calling for someone who doesn't live here, - but cannot relay this message as never able to talk to anyone.  They give you a number to call back and it is a joke  Why can't something be done about these places!

We keep getting calls from this number.  Asking if we know some person named Rodrieguez.  We pressed 2 and hopefully this is the end.  Its dialed at lease twice before in a day.  One time in the morning, and the other time at night.

I am on the no call list.  This is a Palace aids collection company.  I do not have anything in collection. I call the 8004148319 number and can't get a human. They want my ss# to look up the debt but I won't give them my ss # unless I know its my debt.  They call numerous times a day.

I received a call from 310-410-2069, and they left the following number of 1-800-414-8319 to call them back.  The message on my answer machine stated they were with Palace Aid Collection Agency and they were calling to collect a debt.  I do not have any debts in collection.  So I called the number and the call center requested my social security number to identify the debt.  As far as I am concerned this is a scam to get the individuals personal information.   Have a blessed day.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I get put on hold and then they thank me for calling and ask me to wait for an available operator.  They machine got stuck while repeating their message.  Very irratating.   Caller did not even want me but wanted my son who has not lived at this number for more than 5 years.

this number has been calling me for a whole year for two people whom are not me!! don't have options to stop it and no live person is on the phone when you pick up!!!

They keep calling me too - it's harassment.  They don't identify themself when they call.
