Report that idiot. Copy and paste the content of the spam text message into a new message and send to "7726". That will report the spam to your wireless carrier for free. You will then receive a text back from your carrier acknowledging they received it and asking you to give them the phone number of the spam sender. Your carrier will send you a thank you message. Carrier texts don't count against your text limits. Hope this helps everyone.
