I got a call today on my cel from this number guy was looking for me and he said he wanted to serve me with a summons tomorrow I told him he had the wrong number. He wanted to know if I new me and I told him no. He wanted to know how long I had this number told him a couple months. He said that my cel number was given as a contact number. Told him I dont know this person. Funny I dont give my cel number out ever for and additional contact. He hung up on me. Servers dont call from Illinois to Arizona to tell you they are going to serve you. They dont call at all to tell you they are going to serve you. This is a scam people!!!!

I got a call from that number and I think there scamming people because the bill they said I owed. I called and they said they don't use any outside collection companies and I didn't owe them if they give me a court date call them they will send there lawyer !!!

Called my job.. first the guy asks is this a place of business. Then he said this is the process server and I need to find out if there is any specefic policies regarding serving papers to an employee. I've had a woman call before saying something similiar. That employee that they want to serve doesn't even work here! DUH!

I keep getting phone calls from this number as well! They are rude as hell & every time they call i just screw with them. They asked to speak to someone older because they have "Important legal documents" they need to disclose so i told them that if they need to talk to someone that i am allll ears. The guy then began to make rude remarks saying "Oh you believe your an adult because you own a cellphone?" So i told him that he better lower his tone before i find where he is working , take the phone that he is using to call me off of , and shove it so far up his a** that it will come out his throat.
So basically i thought it was a quite entertaining phone call. (:

I am getting phone calls from the same number 312-878-1283. They will not leave a message and are very demainding. I wasn't able to locate what company this is, but the better business bureau said not to give out any personal information to anyone. If they are truely verifing information they should be able to tell you your address and other info they are requesting.

These ppl keep calling demanding I give them my address and verify other personal info.that they need to deliver important legal documents will I be home and i say what address--they say that is what we need to get from you...I say from Who??They say it is personal information and they cannot disclose that information!!??? Thing is other ppl on this road get the same calls on the same days around the same time of day same numbers
and from three different numbers but exact same conversation
