Direct SS is and was a complete fraud,it is run by Shaun Broyhill And Stephany Rahimian.. They are both known scam artists and should be reported right away to law enforcement.

It appears Direct SS Incorporated's website is no longer accessible.  Hopefully everyone disputed the charges with their credit card company.  I disputed the charges with my credit card company and won.  I also reported them to the FBI, BBB and contacted Nintendo and they are looking in to it as well.  Hopefully these crooks are caught.

I've learned my lesson.  When ordering an item as hot as a Wii, be patient and make sure you order it from a well known retailer.  I am still being patient, because I am holding out for the standard $250 and not overpaying or buying some overpriced bundle.

im in the same predicament i had ordered 1 nintendo wii and they charged my credit card for 2 of them. i had never received them and im still missing out on 500 dollars.and tell you the truth this was my first experience ordering anything online and i wont be anymore. thanks alot directss i hope your happy with stealing peoples money

We have to report these crooks from  directssink to the FBI and hope they will jail them. I had the same experience as everybody.
Reported to the credit card. Creidt card returned money back. Investigation will continue against directssink.

We also ordered a Wii from this company on 2/14 and have never received it.  I initially e-mailed right after I placed my order to ask when I would receive the Wii, and they said "14 busines days," but now I can get no response to any of the other multiple e-mails that I have since sent.  The only number listed on their web site is the 310-471-1048 which is a fax number, and they do not respond to faxes either.  I, too, have initiated a disupte claim with my bank and filed a complaint with the FBI internet fraud division.  STAY AWAY FROM DIRECT SS!!!!

Yes, this company is a scam.  I ordered a wii for my daughter's birthday on February 16th.  I became suspicious when my credit card was billed and the wii never came.  I also attempted to e-mail,fax, and phone any available numbers I could find.  NO RESPONSE!  I am now currently trying to dispute these changes with my credit card.  I also have contacted the BBB and filed a compliant against Direct SS Incorporated.

They are a bogus company.  No response whatsoever from the company.  I am disputing my transaction with my credit card company. Anyone who has been scam please do the same and report them to the BBB
