I found that blocking a number from my phone that they start calling from different numbers.

And by re-registering, you opened yourself up for legitimate calls for another 30 day's on top of the illegal callers. You do not have to re register, once on, its permanent unless you remove it.  The DNC can't stop illegal callers though.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

This call(er) left a message about the government approving some sort of mortgage thingie that they wanted to sell to us, but we have no mortgage; we rent an apartment.  Totally annoying.  We have placed ourselves on the official Do Not Call list twice during the past year (several months apart) and it doesn't seem to do any good.

I pressed 1 to reach a rep, but just got "If you'd like to make a call please hang up and try again. I really wanted to speak with a sales rep.  I do enjoy getting junk phone calls. This one had to do with heath care. So I was ready with my information. "hello" my reply. "Hey baby. Waz happening?"

Just got an obamacare robocall threat from this #. "Enroll or else"(fines and penalties)!
"Plans as low as $.01 a month and you can keep your doctors."
I am not kidding, the recording actually said these statements.
If you google any kind of keyword structure in this regard, all you get is demo-slather accusing republicans of threatening to shut the country (because the demos don't do exactly THAT.) if you don't refuse the federal mafia protection racket.

Owners of companies who hire people to do this or who program their automated systems to annoy the public should be held accountable and sent to court!  Won't somebody do something about these low life individuals!!

I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. Caller ID said simply, "CA."

Robot talked about federal money to refinance a mortgage. "press 1 to talk or 2 to no longer receive calls". I guess i was too slow hitting 2.

Called, I ignored, and didn't call it back.  Called me twice in 3 hours.

The caller ID says CA. It's a loud, obnoxious recording trying to sell something. They don't let you say anything (like to get off their calling list).  They are obviously doing this illegally, because I'm on the do not call list. I read somewhere that we should all report this number to the police.

Robo call. Listened long enough to hear, "lower you auto insurance rates" before hanging up. Must be a call center as another poster said it was connected to mortgage re-finance as well. I don't pick up the phone if I don't know the number, but was expecting a call and didn't check the number before I answered.

Just rec'd call from this number. Did not answer, no message left.

For some reason, during site maintenance various functional bits of text may be displayed in Cyrillic. It happens every so often and is soon corrected, no cause for panic.

Just a glitch in the system really.. sure Admin will have fixed soon! :)

this seems to be someone robo-calling for mortgage re-finances.
