if that is his real name, which I doubt. That there is no person here with the name he is looking for?

My rejected call list for my phone shows me I receive a call from them every fracking day! Please, oh please make them stop. You'd figure even if automated, if NOBODY EVER picks up, that the call would stop eventually. Nope. Harassment.

These individuals have been relentless.
I receive a phone from them 3-4 times a week.
I don't know what to do to stop this.
I never signed up for anything!

The calls never stop..... they are on the 'reject' list and my phone doesn't ring if they call. Still shows me the rejected call though. You'd figure after months of no answer they'd stop.

Keep getting calls, leave no message but they call up to 5 times back to back.  When I answer they ask for my address so they can discuss my "legal issues".  WTF do I look stupid?  I knwo the law and th law states I do not have to give out any personal information if the called refuses to identify themselves or submit a written request for any personal information in wrinting.  So annoyed!!!!

This stupid caller advises on diabetes or something, like 'you have a tendency to get diabetes....'. I think he must has serious brain-damage.

This ridiculous company robo-calls me every week, usually around noon. I don't live anywhere near Santa Monica, and have no need for an ambulance-chasing lawyer. Go back to daytime TV with Larry H. Parker.

I called this number back and the person who answered the phone offered some kind of all-inclusive expenses paid trip to Cancun, asking for my credit card number off the bat which of course I would not give them. Total SPAMMERS!! Beware of this phone number!

Called the number back and I had "won a free home security system and installation". There is also an option to opt out from further calls. I hope it worked...

I am getting multiple calls each day from this number.  I do not pick up and no messages have been left.  Does anybody know who this person is?

When you call them, you'll get a menu. One of the options is unsubscribe. If you select that, they block you from calling them. Call back and you'll get a recording of "Goodbye!".

I'm still getting calls from them though and I no longer have the ability to complain to them.
