This person sent me 14 creepy, uncomfortable and gibberish texts in one evening. Isn't harassment illegal?

Today I contacted the person who is most responsible for him, even though he is an Adult, his name is Michael Najjar, on the phone, a totally different character to Bechir Helali and he apologised profusely for his newphew's behaviour, to me, my clients, and everyone else out there.

I believe his Uncle is sincere, he called back on time, he followed through with his promises, his demeanour was paramount to a concerned relative.

FYI if you go online, and talk with your phone company, there are several complaints, from over 80 individuals regarding this guy, 80 different individuals. Simply put in some of his different numbers or his name for google searches.

I sat down with Bechir Helali, and walked alongside him, and interviewd him & have him on tape (three segments of 17.03 in total), after he agreed that I may record him, admitting that he was the one behind the calls and that he promised it would stop, but it appears since last Friday the 1st of August, there are two new complaints this week.

He also admitted it to his Uncle above, and promised that it would stop.

BUT UNTIL everyone goes forward and fills out the paperwork and charge him with a Civil Harrassment Suit, you have no recourse, the Police are not compelled to act, until after this paperwork has gone through the courts.

And then, he will simply move onto someone else and that is where I am confused as to where this Pathology begins and ends.

We have a Police Report coming soon, detailing the facts I did nothing wrong, when interviewing the neighbours, his roomate, or Bechir Helali.

Amazingly, he had his Schmuck Attorney call me this afternoon, and, threaten me with a Civil Harrassment Suit amongst a lot of other imaginary claims they could conspire to dream of before the phone call to me was made. (this is at the same time his Uncle was leaving a second message apologising profusely for his Newphew's Behaviour).

Supposedly this schmuck has been in practice for 27 years but when you hear the details of his calls, his groundless accusations, his threats, his diction and his mannerisms, its obvious he needs to practice for another 27 years.

Okay everyone, here are the full details on this Weirdo.

Here is the bottom line; there is nothing the Police will do*, this is a Civil Matter, and, you need to go your Local Police Station, fill out the paperwork for a Civil Harrassment Order and file the suit. Then its a crime, if, he continues to contact you. Google "California Civil Harrassment" for details.

I met with the guy, in person and gave him the Bottom Line, I doubt my clients will be contacted by him again. Understand he is an Absolute Liar, and, he is fully aware that until you file suit, he can continue his Harrassment forever. His MO is always the same, just like what is described above. Its difficult for me to understand his Pathology.

Creep leaves dirty texts...I tracked him through Intellius and his name is Bechir Helali.

I got a call to my landline with this number (text to land line). The caller ID says, "Helali, Bechir" if that's helpful to anyone.

I just started to get these txts last night

It started off last night at 11pm with  HI
I replied saying who is this?
Then they said " Hi hottie" and "Suprise you"
Then this afternoon at 1:26 I got ":)"

It's been months.
This person pretends to be a girl. I am trying to go to police and find out about it, and get the identity. This is total harassment. Used wrong spelling, and he/she is totally annoying. He/she say very explicit and unwanted sexual things.

I made a reservation at Lido Grill yesterday giving them my phone number. At night I received text messages with odd spelling too "I non you Are hot:..."
