They call and call and call.  I've reported this number to the "do not call" registry.  Why isn't anything being done about it???????

Had my address and said I won a watch and $25G. Made ridiculous small talk that made me incredibly uncomfortable and hung up after I said I didn't want any free...anything.
Very uncomfortable about this call.

received call from 310-539-1783.  she said she was brenda from some sweepstakes.  i said 'what' and she hung up.

I asked them how they got my number, and they somehow had my address. Then she talked about some sweetstakes and then hung up. Kinda worries me that they have my info...but they wanted to confirm it (I think)

got call from same number with inaudible talk, and dishes rattling in the background amongst people talking. then they hung up

Received a call from 310-539-1783 no message left.

Received several calls on my cell from the number listed below with no message.  When I dialed the number the party on the other end picked up and hung up.  They would not answer the phone.

They called me and when I picked up the phone they hung-up.....

      Very annoying......

UPDATE:  I left out some details.  Trina told me that the company is out of Lomita, CA.  She also gave the same number to return her call.  She said that if the phone rang busy, it is that the phone is computer-based. Rhonda and Trina said that I would get a free gift of a designer watch worth $180.  Like the other posts, the sweepstakes is "Dreams Come True" sponsored by Metro Teleservices in Ohio.  This sweepstakes was the name of the
Disney sweepstakes last year.  She gave me an 800 number to verify (800-950-7323) which is a magazine company in Pennsylvania.  Metro Teleservices is also a magazine telemarketer. I declined and she was polite.

first, rhonda called with publishers sweepstakes from the bank. she said that i was a finalist to win $25,000 on may 31.  she said that i could buy the magazine subscription: one weekly magazine and six free monthly magazines for 48 months.  then her supervisor, trina, would call in 5 minutes to verify the subscription.  trina did call with the same information and wanted my credit card to charge $19.95 a month for a weekly magazine. her number was 310-539-3194. i told her to call me in a few hours. i did not tell her that i was going to check out her number. shecis calling every 15 minutes. thanks for this site.

Panorama Mgt Inc. is now using the number 310-539-1923, they called at 12:19pm on February 3, 2009.  Did not leave a message, talked to my bank, they said they would never give my personal information out.

I got a call from the same suspicious number, but I didn't buy a Ped Egg; I simply looked at one in the store... wow

I just got my second call - only it is from another number - 310-539-7196. The first time I was at work and didn't answer it. No message left.  Then they call about a half hour ago - said that they were from Publishers Association and I had been registered in a sweepstake by my bank in the area because I am a good customer. They already had my name and address - were going to send me magazines  - I never said anything, just listened.  Then they said that if I won, they wanted to make sure it wouldn't be a financial hardship paying the taxes - I again kept quiet.  She wanted to know my monthly income - wouldn't give it to her.  Then she asked about the weather here. Told me I was going to be sent a diamond necklace.  I told her "unfortunately I don't believe a word you are telling me".  She said "okay - have a blessed day".  And hung up.   I tried calling my police department to report this - but only a certain person takes the information, and he is off till Tuesday.  I will call then.   I also purchased the PedEgg, but got it at a local Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Thanks for that link (I read your comment too quickly!)  I filed a complaint and also informed them that this # has been complained about several times yet they're still getting away with it.

Wicked shady...received the same call from the same number and I didn't answer the phone, but they didn't leave a message.  And, I'm already registered on the Do Not Call Registry.  I called the number back and someone did answer and gave me the same shpiel described in previous comments - sweepstakes -- phone # was given to them by my bank or credit card and wanted to confirm my address for the May 31 drawing in case I "win"...riggghhhht.  When I told them I was on the Do Not Call Registry, they said, "Oh, I'm sorry about that.  Let me get your name so I can remove you."  And, I said "not going to happen" and hung up.  How do I report them?

got a call from this person and they knew my name and address and said I won a sweetstakes I ask her how and she hung up. when I tried to call back it was no answer. what are the people up too.

Received a call at 7:09 p.m. on Monday, November 17th.  When it started to go to voicemail they must have hung up and called again right away.  I never picked up and they never left a message.

OMG, Reading all of the above I freaked out. I got a call from 310-539-1783 "Dreams Come True" caller ID said Panorana MGT INC. Said that my name has been put in by my bank or major credit card and checked my address that she already had and asked me how the weather was and Good luck. I have been a victim of fraud. Last March someone got my identity and went on a shopping spree. I have been through hell and back trying to get it all straightened out. Also I too bought the Ped Egg but I saw it on TV and called them, and yes it is a great product! Highly recomended! You can buy them in the stores now.

Same deal with me last night; said my bank had enrolled me in a sweepstakes; asked about the weather; said I had also won a diamond watch and then hung up on me when I stated that I was on the No-Call list and said that I didn't want to buy any magazines. Caller ID said "Panorama Mgt Inc"

I have also gotten a call from this number but didn't answer it. In the same day i got a call from another number but same place and i did answer long story short they caught me on a day where i don't need to be messed with and i went to the National Do Not Call registry website where i registered over a month ago and made a complaint on there. I will continue to file complaints everywhere until they stop...this last caller said they'd call back despite the fact i said NO~they are lucky they are not within arms reach of me right now!!!!

Too funny. I also received the call on my cell and I too purchased a PedEgg. (Love it by the way.) I have had it with telemarketers and scams. I missed the call, but they best hope I never answer the call. We get calls ALL day long where I work and I have started giving them a fake contact name just to see what happens at this point. Too bad businesses can't be put on the Do Not Call list. My cell is on that and they still call. The jerks! :)

Same thing about the $25G sweeps.  Knew my address already and tried to sell me magazines.  I believe they got it from the Ped Egg website that I purchased from online.  That is the only time I have given my cell phone out because I wanted it for a gift.

Called and asked to speak to a family member. When i asked who they were they hung up. I have repeatedly tried to call back throughout the day, once it was busy, another it just rang and rang , and finally when someone picked up the phone, they hung up on me without a word.
