I never went to  www.campusexplorer.com so thats not how they got my name and number.

Keeps calling and doesn't say anything.

i just filled out information on Student Explorer also.. and the number just called me... so It must be with them..

I started receiving phone calls to my cell phone shortly after I used thier website.  I requested them to stop calling me.  We'll see if it works.

This is Campus Explorer. They called me six times in one day, leaving a message once.   I called them and told them to stop bothering me and just send me the info on school. I told them to never call me again. Let's see if it works.

I signed up to get info for school and this number hammered me about 6 times in one day.

I applied online for a job several months ago, and apparently my phone number was passed to these guys.  They have been calling me ever since, asking if I want to go back to school.  I tell them I want to go back as a teacher, not as a student.

I also got two calls and the website did leave a message saying they received my request for services for some school I've never heard of.  I never got on their website, or have even been looking at schools.  I called back and to my surprise, I spoke to someone who was actually friendly.  I asked him to take my number off of their call list.  He apologized and assured me there would be no more calls.  The only company I've recently put my cell # on is Direct T.V....don't know if it was them?  Anyway...there have been no more calls.

I have been getting calls from this number stating they are returning my call to give me information I requested for college. However my husband works for a major university and our entire family get an free education including a masters degree. I told them to remove me off of there calling list and I never requested information. So the rep tried to get me to give them my name, address, and other personal information.
I told them if they didn't remove my number I was going to file a complaint.
Then I ended the call (and he was still trying to fish for information)

It's for www.campusexplorer.com because you just signed up and gave them your phone number. If you still have their site up go into your profile settings and delete personal information and save. This will delete your information from their data banks. If they call back ask to not receive calls from them and it will stop.

The number has something to do with financial aid for college. The person I talked to was very nice and they removed me from the call list.

Campus explorer.  I was trying to sign up for classes on earning a State Real Estate License.  They had none to offer except in a different state.  Did not give my number, so it is creepy that they can get your cell number without giving it and within 60 seconds of clicking submit. Will block calls from this number.

They got my number searching for scholarships. I have found the school I want to go to. These people need to stop!!!!!

I searched for Mt Diablo Adult School online and Career Education popped up. Almost immediately I started receiving calls - ,multiple hang ups and some weird voicemail.

Yes, it is campus explorer. When you submit a request for college information, they match you with programs in your area.

They call a couple of times to try to reach you. They only  tried to help me with my college search.

I went to what appeared to be the admissions page of a specific college. On the page I submitted a request for information. Upon clicking the "submit" button, I received a notification from Campus Explorer thanking me for submitting the request. It was basically a bait and switch! Now they keep calling and hanging up. I intend to report them to the FTC.

It's Campus Explorer and they try to find colleges near you that you'd be interested in.

yes, I believe it is "Campus Explorer" also, as I was investigating today for a local college.

I am really not interested in whatever it is that your calling for. I am really getting tired of you all calling me so please KNOCK IT OFF!!!!!!!

If I don't answer or return your call the first time, that means I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU!!! STOP CALLING ME!! These calls are in regards to school info I looked up online. They left a message the first time which I did not return. And have since called 4 more times without messages in about as many hours.

Calling me non-stop.  Two days now.

This idiot called me and left a message where it sounded like he pocket dialed and then sang a few lyrics like he thought he was Stevie Wonder. I got another call from him a few hours later, no message though. What a tool bag!

Says it's out of Malibu, CA. I answered and all I heard was click.

Yes, I filled out information about going back to school and from what I can figure out on the internet it's Campus Explorer. They called me 3 times yesterday and don't leave messages.
