Calls all time, but the numbers usually change - 310-596-1397, 310-596.1402, and this w.1406. Can't block em all, when the last digits change almost every time.

2/18 17:49 PST Knew it was too good to be true. Got thru most of day without a call and now 2 unknowns within last 45 mins.
ID reads unknown and voicemail recorded that weird "bloop" noise and some idiots saying "hello" before hanging up.

Hung up on the second ring, then checked here. Guess I'll be the first to post. This number is one digit off a known scammer (1405), so add it to your blocked list.
