This is a new one; just started today.

I think we should file a class action law suit!! I have been getting harrassed non stop by this number and I sick of it. Call th e DA   Ingelwood CA to report a crime!

Caller ID said "Earl Cherry".  Number could not be called back, got "number is disconnected or no longer in service" message.  Called repeated calls saying his name was "Sam" from "North American Debt Solutions" and wanted specific and sensitive info which was not provided.  "Sam" asked me to confirm the information he said I had already given him (not true, nothing given).  I asked why I could not call the number back, was told "we will provide you with a direct dial number" which was never given.  Very pushy and belligerent, I stated I did not give out that kind of info on a rec'd call, particularly when I could not call them back.  Got very irate and repeated and demanded that I answer his questions.  I requested he contact the FCC Do Not Call Registry and that I was also doing same and making a complaint.  "Sam" swore at me and hung up.  Made a complaint at FCC Do No Call Registry.  DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY INFO - MAKE A COMPLAINT!!  Sure smells like a scam.

Yup he just called again and I had a whistle by the phone just waiting for him to call again. :)

Came home from work and this number was on my caller ID 4 times.  Name comes up as Earl R Cherry.

Told these people that I had some debit and immediatley wanted me to talk to a rep. I hung up and they call me back 5 times in a row!!! Finially told them I would talk to my husband about it. Now they're not calling back. Kinda funny, HUH?

ALL 3 of the major credit agencies SELL your information to these jerks. If you have debt, they call you. If you have delinquent paymenst, they call you. If you have a mortgage they call you. get pissed at the credit companies: TRW, TransAmerican and others.

Man called asking for me, well i think, he mispronounced my name horribly. I asked him what India is like and he got very angry, told me he was in california. Thats when i cursed him out, i told him to shove things in places and to stop calling me or i'll tell his boyfriend on him. this angered him severely for he then proceeded to call me 6 TIMES IN A ROW. i continued insulting him until he told me that i  am offensive. i told him that if it means that much to him, he should get on a plane and find me. he hung up, and hasn't called since!

Yep, 'Earl' isn't the brightest bulb on the tree.  Told him I'd have the FCC introduce themselves to him.  That seems to have worked with others of his trade.

Has called at least four times daily since the first of the month. When I answer, the caller hangs up and when I hit redial on my phone I get a prerecorded message that states the number has been disconnected.  Really annoying!

caller identified his company asTrust Financial. He spoke with an accent, poor English. He said he wanted to speak to me about credit cards and debt. I cut him off and he clearly became angry. Called two times, I ignored the first, researched the phone number online, second call I decided to answer to see.

Just called here too. Will know not to answer the scammer. If I want help with debt, I will find people I know are legit. Them people do not call from cell phones. I am also on the DNC list and will report this number.

Don't have a clue what this moron said his name was. Probably said something like "Tom," but because his accent was so thick I couldn't tell. It's probably "Deevdeep" or some similar Indian name.  Because this call probably originated from a boiler room somewhere in the slums of New Delhi.  Like I would give this clown my credit card information!

I informed him about four words into his unintelligible spiel that I now have his telephone number, I am on the Do NOT Call list, and I will report him to the FCC and the Do Not Call registry. More likely, this number is probably fake. These scum have resorted to using Skype and a readily available internet program that fakes the Caller ID information.

The FCC had better get these clowns under control! I do NOT pay for a phone line to be harassed by these vermin much of every day!

Same story here. Two calls on two days back to back. Never any voicemail. Geez!

Below is a copy of the message I sent to our local law enforcement:

Dear Chief:

I reported to you the other day that I had received a call from an unknown caller at 310-645-9707 at a little after 4 p.m. on 07/20/10.  I received another call today (07/22/10) at 3:27 p.m. from the same number.  This time, the man (again with an Indian accent) said he was from Consumer Financial.  

Again, I told this man in no uncertain terms that he is not to call this man ever again.

Initially they said they were from "Debt Relief Services," plied them for info, then I was connected to Gale Stevens at United Debt Resolution Group in mid-town Manhattan, NY NY.  212-661-3574 and 877-890-3135. United Debt is obviously using an Indian call center.

Keeps calling, does not leave a message; caller ID simply shows number not name.

This caller was so unprofessional that this must be some kind of scam.
- Very unprofessional salesman who spoke poor English.
- He said he was from "Trust Financial", a debt-relief company.
- He did not want to tell me anything about his company, or what they do.
- He refused to give me his name.
- But he had lots financial data about me! (WHO is selling it?)
- My Caller I.D. read "Unknown Name". But it revealed his number, which is not a business line, but a personal cell phone.

- When you call this number, it does NOT ring.
- You instantly get an outgoing message saying, "The Verizon Wireless caller does not accept messages. Goodbye."
- The next time I called it, I got an operator message saying, "This number has been disconnected."

Yep...they have been calling here as well and will not leave a message...only want to talk to my husband.

Caller ID says the (310) 645-9707 is still in use.  Very poor english language, couldn't understand, did hear something about "credit card debt".  Didn't sound like a legitimate business.

Keep receiving calls from Earl A. Cherry - landline in Englewood, CA 310-645-9707 - Some guy with an Indian accent who identifed himself as calling from Credit Card - Debt Relief organization.  File a compliant with the FCC.  So tired of foreigners running scams.

Idiot has called my cell 13 times in a single day. This is blatant harrassment. I have no debt! Why is this moron calling me?! I am hacked because I've been told Bank of America sold my info to a 3rd party. What is wrong with these people?

it's obivously a scam - they convince you that you have a debt somewhere that you've forgotten about and then get you info which they use to steal identity - as NEVER call a number back - many of these scam involve annoying people until the call the number back to complain except that once you call the number you are charged a huge flat rate or very expensive per minute charges.  These call are getting completely out of hand and someone has to do something about it.  My eldery parents get 3 to 4 calls a day from differant numbers with differant scams.  They seem to taget the elderly which leads me to believe that they are getting their lists from AARP

I got a call from this same fool with the poor English. Two weeks ago got a call from a person who sounded just like this person telling me that my computer had dangerous virus on it and he wanted access to my computer to get rid of it. I did not fall off the turnip truck yesterday and told him impossible I have two virus scanners and they both just completed a scan. Then he changed his tune and said it was junk files he had to get rid of for me. The more I put him off the nastier he got. I finally told him to go play with himself.

Sad thing is if it were someone who is not computer smart they would have allowed him access to their computer.

Calls twice a day, refuses to identify self. Hangs up when asked.

I got a call today from this #. If I am near my phone when someone calls me, I will never pick up on it, if they do not identify who is calling on caller ID!! NO msg left on v/m.
