the phone rings - no one is on the line - every day sometimes more than once a day! How do we stop this?

This number just called and was telling me about my bank account, then started to swear, I hung up. Will report to ATT.

I blacklisted them in April. In the past two weeks I've been getting a call that goes to VM about every other day.

They continue calling but I have them blocked. My blocking sends all blocked calls directly to VM. They have left 4 3sec VM's in the last few days which is annoying.

Apparently it's mortgage refinancing.  They call almost daily.

Robo-call. PHISHING SCAM. "Learn about a government run lending program to make improvements on your home, et al." Reported it to Verizon AND going to report it to FCC.
The message REDIRECTS you to call 714-408-4485

And now this scamming a-hole called my cell phone!  Same type of message as others report - recrded message about refinancing a mortgage.  Will report to the FCC and FTC.

What are you talking about?  Compton, Beverly Hills, and Gardena are all in the 310 area code!

Just got a call from this bottom feeder.   As it was on my cell, I'm reporting them to the FTC and the FCC.

I got a call from 310-660-7995 which told me to call 714-408-4485. They say they don't see my number on the Do Not Call list but that's a lie since it's been on there since Nov 2011. Level 3 should be notified and complained as well as the Do Not Call Registry, the BBB and any other regulatory agency. I am even going to write a letter to the Attorney General for Los Angeles. Please do the same. Enough voices will shut that call center down.

Another recorded robocall blathering on and on about refinancing mortgages.  9:23 am today.

Received another call/VM from this number - Homeowner's Assistance.  Called them back and told to NEVER call me again.  Am on Do Not Call List but I'm even sure if that works anymore.  What a bunch of losers.

Same as the others; my cell is listed on the Do Not Call registry, but got the same voicemail from this number with the same message "mortgage rates dropping, etc" just now.

I continue to be HARASSED by calls from this number. A message was left today - to call 714-408-4485. This is a bogus number. I dial it and two options are given: press 2 "to be removed from list" (A LIST WHICH I SHOULD NOT BE ON WHATSOVER as I have registered my phone with the do not call list in the US. The other option says press 1 to speak to an agent or rep or something, but when you do, it just disconnects you. I WANT THESE PEOPLE STOPPED and preferably FINED for running up my cell - yes that's CELL - phone minutes AND for soliciting illegally.

I received a call from this number today even though this is a cell phone and listed on the National Do Not Call Registry.

They were advertising mortgage rates dropping, mortgage refinancing. When I called back a prerecorded message said they were the "Homeowners Assist Line" and then repeated teh same prerecorded message they left on my phone.

I complained with the FCC. I've complained before and it works. Go to fcc (dot) gov (backslash) complaints and fill out a form.

I am receiving unwanted, unauthorized and harassing solicitation calls from 310-660-7995

receiving daily calls from this mortgage refi telemarketer on both my cell and landline. all receive a daily txt msg from this number on my cell.

I just got a call from 310-660-7995 on my cell phone...it started by "This is not a sales call" and hear something about home financing or something like that (recorderd, not live), but I didn't bother to listen and registered it to block future calls from this number.

These are scam companies looking for info on you about an old debt. They pretend they are something else like refinance company. It's highly illegal practice.

Report them every time so FCC can prosecute but they only do if you report them in a mass volume of complaints so please report the call to

www.donotcall.gov

The Do Not Call list is a scam itself. I have just returned from a security conference, and the instructor, who teaches law enforcement officers throughout the world, told is that the list is basically a nicely organized phone book for telemarketers and scammers.
