Said he was from a law firm and that i would be arrested by federal agents if I didn't pay ad debt that I had with them.  Thay knew my SS # and my place of work.  Told me that they would be at my work to arrest me on Friday so please for my sake have $ available.  Very rude and nasty.  He said his name was Ronny Parker!! Not an Indian name. Said he was from Franklin Legal aw Serice.  Scary!!!

Called our office twice -- someone with a strong Indian accent asking for someone who's name I could not understand. I asked him his name and what company he was with, and he pretended to not understand me. Called back again and we dropped the call, and then he called back with the caller ID blocked.

They are calling me saying i am going to go to jail .

call and said that if I did not contact them and they wish me well, I called and ask what the claim was about and he wouldn't tell me I hung up after I saw the comments on yahoo.

I got the same call as everyone else from Franklin Legal Services talking about a complaint filed against me, that is false, and only a scam. I'm sick and tired of these people try con money out of people.

They are calling my work harassing me....who are these people? They sound foreign and I cannot understand them. When I can back, they tell me that I'll get arrested...Crazy people!

I just received a call within the last hour or less about a loan I had with American Cash and I need to get my attorney or they were threatening with all sorts of legal action. I do not know who American Cash is and my attorney on other calls tried to call them and they failed to produce any records. These people threaten your place of work and wish I new what to do. I do have a open file with my local police as well as the Ohio State office of the Attorney General, though they help they can only follow up with no luck like myself. These people are Indian and use a voice over ride system and a group of people who are scam artist and sell your name to others like them. Some how this has to stop as these threats are not good and cause a lot of heartaches to everyone. Appreciate your help.

They called me twice in the last two weeks my boss gave me some good advice she said next time they call tell em you will meet them at the police deptment so I did have not received anymore calls YET!! WTH I guess they must not be enough 7-11 around for the Indian people to run or some s***!!

I called The FBI on this, they said it is from overseas and the use a computer generated number, ignore them eventually they go away, Most likely the calls come they said from Africa

When these guys call you do they actually have your names?  All of the 100+ calls I received have been for someone else.

I have received well over 100 calls from these same guys since November.  Almost every time they ask for someone named Leslie Beal and go on about a loan that is due for repayment.  I have told them numerous times they have the wrong number, they apologize and say they will never call again and then they call within 1 to 24 hours.  I have threatened them, cussed at them and nothing stops them.  If you start a petition, I will sign it, but in the meantime is there nything that can be done to stop them?

Left me a voice mail very urgent I call them them back and if I don't they can't stop what will happen and some other stuff. Very thick accent I have no planes to call them and putting a fraud warning on my credit after reading other posts.

Someone by the name of Ryan Campbell from Franklin Legal Services called me too.

I just got another call about 10 minutes ago they called my cell twice and I did not answer because I did not recognize the #. They them called me on the direct line here at work.  The story is that I have a claim filed against my SSN and my name and I f I knew about the matter. When I replied no, and asked them to fax me a copy, they asked if I still worked at ????, and then said there should be someone here to arrest me shortly.  This is so annoying!

I just got this same call saying that there were going to send someone to my job and place of employment. They recited my home and work address back to me and asked if I've ever been arrested before. WTH!!!

People don't let them scare You. First of all Civil matters (Bill Collections) are not punishable by jail time. Remember O.J was found guilty in Civil Court and he couldn't be sent to Jail because it was Civil. The way to stop these people is do as I do. They call me once a month. I start off by asking them where are they calling from, the state capital they are calling from ,

he weather there etc. They get frustrated and then I tell them in profane language what they can do to themselves. They hang up on me then I try calling them as they did me. They get so frustrated that they block my number and don't call again until they change thier number. To stop them we need to get regulations for the Magic Jacks they are calling from. I will soon be starting an online petition to stop the Fuc. rs

I have been receiving phone calls from this company as well. I have told them that I owe no one and to stop calling me and not to contact me at my place of employment. They are using the firm name of Franklin and Associates. I told them to send me any paperwork regarding this alleged loan and they said that they could not send it. I told them that I looked up their company and it is a fraud. They put me on the phone with a Paralegal who said they would start proceedings against me and hung up. I am going to call them back and let them know that I have filed a complaint against them with the Attorney General's office. Also, if they continue to harass me I am going to sue them.

i received a voice mail from these people at my job on yesterday.  they did not leave a company name, they only said that they are looking into investigating a complaint filed under my name and that i had better not ignore their call and contact them back.  the caller had a thick Indian accent and said his name was Ryan Campbell.  i did a reverse lookup on the number and it said Malibu, CA, but no company name was provided.  i have no clue who these people are and how they got my work phone number, as that number has never appeared on my cell phone.  what can you do to stop them from calling you at work?
