Numerous unsolicited robocalls about updating a Google listing. Disrupts calls from real clients of a small business. Once had two calls from this number ringing at the same time on both of our phone lines.

I receive the same call from 310-954-0066 almost every day at my job. It says its our google listing. Other times a real person will call instead of the recording and I have asked many times to be taken off their list. I wish something could be done about this. All I know to do is make sure i have nothing to do with google advertisement in the future.

I also received a phone call from this number stating "It was time to update my Google listing", when I pressed 1 to talk to someone, they identified themselves (Eglish speaking lady), I said I had asked them repeatedly to remove my number, and before I could finish, they hung up. I called the number back, received a recording in either Chinese or Vietnamese, then a guy with a Vietnamese accent answered, when I started t tell him they keep calling me, he stated, "Sorry, wrong number" and hung up.

As someone who develops websites and has been with Google & Yahoo for years, all I can say is, hang up when they call because they are not who they say they are, they can't help your business, the number they call from is not real, they are not associated with Google. They get most of the phone numbers by scanning websites for phone numbers and finding associated web site registration info. It's funny, they called me about a business we shut down 8 years ago, and after asking for the new business name, tried to change his sales pitch to apply there. Don't give them your business name, phone number or anything else to look up. Don't you think Google would already have this!

I stayed professional with this guy for about 20 minutes, then finally said, let me call Google directly from my other line to see what they say. Guess what, they hung up (HaHa). I wonder how many people have been suckered into signing up, can you say class action lawsuit.

Message says to press 9 to be removed - I missed doing that so, I don't know if that works or not - I have them on my "Answer and Press a Number" Contact entry and I'll get 'em next time

Daily harassing phone calls about updating google listing.

I called 310-954-0066 back just now got someone speaking Chinese repeating the same phrase over and over. I asked if they speak English and got the same Chinese phrase.

Just before this call, I called another number that these idiots call me from. That number is 818-451-4167 and my caller ID lists them as Canoga Park, CA and occasionally as Winnetka, CA. I asked to speak to their supervisor, and they said they are not there. Then I asked them the name of  their company. Jesse, told me the company is SEO Company out of Newport Bridge, CA. I asked him again the name of his company and he repeated, SEO Company, and explained it was a Search Engine Optimization company. I told him again that I wanted to speak to his supervisor. He asked why and I told him that earlier today I spoke to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) about their company, I actually did do that too. Jesse hung up on me. I then called back and got a high pitched recording (that sounds a little like Alvin and the Chipmunks) saying, "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line and you will be transferred to the next available agent." No one ever answers. So I call back again and speak to Sandra, then later to Jackie and Jesse again. They all hang up when I ask for their supervisors. I did get Jesse to tell me it is just after dawn there (just after sunrise). By my calculations, it is 3PM in California. So they obviously are calling from India or China.

I did ask them to several times to put me on their Do Not Call List and they said they would. Let's see if this stops the harassing calls that I get 3 to 4 times EVERY DAY for SEVERAL MONTHS!

I do advise everyone to put your name on the Do Not Call list by calling the FTC at 888-451-4167 and / or fill out the online form at www.donotcall.gov. If you want to leave a complaint there you can do that right away without waiting for you number to be put on the DO Not Call list.

I just called this number back and a person speaking Chinese answered the phone!  What???

Thanks to those above who've done the research, I will remove them from caller ID. I never answer the phone but it's annoying to hear it ring 100x's a day with unrecognized callers

I am soooooooooooooooooooooooo tired of these morons who WASTE MY TIME--taking me away from REAL customers on the phone. Don't you wish telepathy was real???We'd fry their stupid robo computers..oh well, one can wish.....I can only hope that whoever dreamed this up suffers a terrible disease in which the protruding parts of their bodies fall off.....Wow! Now I feel better after that rant.

Yes, I received 2 calls on April 26th from 310-954-0066 and got a pre-recorded message from "Google" (or someone pretending to be them). Got another call on April 30th from the same number and didn't answer. I called back to see if I could opt out of their calls and got a recorded message saying ?number not found in our database." I submitted a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry, since I'm on the Do Not Call list. I suggest anyone who gets a call from this number file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry (www.donotcall.gov)

I get calls 6-8 times a week from this #, finally I pressed '1', told the guy "I have no use for his biz, please stop the calls". He said "not until you sign up"! Now I'm pizzed off.

I WOULD LIKE OUR NUMBER REMOVED FROM WHATEVER LIST IT IS ONE.  I DON'T HAVE A GOOGLE ACCOUNT AND DON'T WANT ONE.  WHO DO WE REPORT THIS TO?

I've gotten several calls from this number about updating my Google account.  I don't have a reason to update anything so I want my number taken off their call list.

Called twice since Friday and left a 2 second message.  Nothing heard.

When I returned the call to ask to be removed from the call list all I got is dead air.

I am pretty sure these companies are required by law to provide a caller Id number that can be used to contact them.

I don't understand how an industry that is categorically detested can continue to interrupt our lives.
