It is a clearing house number in California who offers a variety of prizes, including cash and a car. They ask for a credit card number. A net servce shows that number is a residential listing in California. Don't give out your credit card info. Sounds like a scam/ boiler room operation that buys cellular telephone numbers and makes the calls.

I got a call from this same lady. She was a rude w***e. She is a hoodrat and a hood roach. She was extra ghetto! She probably would have taken your credit card and bought some rims for her baby daddy!

Number is out of Hawthorne,CA.She stated that her name was Chrenee with Publish Clearing House.She said I won a gold watch of my choice male of female.And it would be sent in the mail within three weeks.It has been two months and still no watch.She also stated that my name would be put in a drawing for June15 for fifty thousand cash\2008 Chevy Tahoe\full pay trip to Hawaii for five.She give me a number to call on the 15th (1800-875-8568)with a security code.She asked for my credit card number for me to purchase some magazines.Then I called on the 15th and couldn't get through.I went online to see the winners of the drawing and they didn't have a drawing for the things listed above on the date also the number that she called from can not be reached.
