I received a call from 3122404851, but name is unknown.

I have an appointment for meter check tomorrow and just got a call from this number.  I'm sure it's kosher.

I don't even have peoples gas but they are calling about a past due bill

Telephone message on my voice mail: claims that I am delinquent on an unpaid People's Gas bill. I am not a people's gas customer, have not been for several decades, live in a condo where the condo pays the gas on a single account for the entire association. An obvious hoax. Don't talk to these people.

Got a message on my cell phone saying that I had set up an appointment for People's Gas.  I ignored it because #1: I use NICOR for my gas service, and 2: I never give my cell phone out to utility companies, I always give my home phone.  I also googled this number and it's coming up as People's Gas and some law firm out of Chicago, seems fishy to me.

Got a call from this number posing as Peoples gas !!!!!

For me it was WXRT, a Chicago radio station telling me I won tickets for the contest they were having if you were the 1 thousand & something texter.

On 12 24.called to get my gas cut on but the lady act like she had something against me.number 1 by leaving me on phone there times for 20 minutes every time try to make me hang up so that she don't have to do her job.org icicles someone she no and she getting revenge thru people.she sounds like she's from the ghetto with an attitude problem.trying to cut and change the Billing plan date of a payment from 10 days to 7.sick lady.

This is a phisher!!!! They don't have your account number, they ask for it and your payment info.Total scam!!!!

It's Peoples Gas alright, they were calling to to tell me about an appointment for a meter service chek.

Just got a call on my cell phone. They didn't leave a message. Didn't answer because I am far from anywhere the area code 312 would apply anymore. Weird.

Call received July 4th, 2012 at 8:47 am.  I picked up, no one was there.

Tech from people gas confirming they are coming out for mandatory safety inspection. My mom got it too. They will disconnect if u dont get it done

Got a call at around 10:30 AM. Didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. No message was left.

Actually, your company might be People's Gas. My gas company is called North Shore Gas. It is still People's Gas, just a different branch, so to speak.

CALLED ME ONCE A MONTH AND NOW THEY CALL ME WEEKLY, EVEN DAILY. I DON'T OWN THEM ANY MONEY AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO STOP THOSE CALLS

I got the same thing, it was some answering service stating that my bill is past due.

They have been calling since November!  If it's People's Gas, they might want to check their automated calling system.  We have not now or ever used People's Gas!  Maybe they should get rid of out sourcing if that what they are using!

I missed a call from them at 12:15 on 8/13/2008.  I called the number back and there was a recording saying to check my voicemail for a message from People's Gas.  I haven't paid my gas bill lately so that makes sense...

It was People's Gas reminding me to pay me bill, but there is no mention of People's Gas anywhere in the message. Strange, but legit.

It's Peoples Gas thanking me for my recent payment.... then the message proceeds to say to avoid late payments in the future you may be eligible for energy assistance... I guess..
