This number showed up on our Caller ID, March 8, 2013. Second time name shows up as, Client Services.

We have received several calls from this number.  I answer the phone and NO ONE speaks but the light is still on the phone so I know they are still there and my line is still open.  I don't have time for silly games.

These scammers changed their Caller ID name from SNR ASSIST to CLIENT SERVICES.  Why?  They're still crooks.  A POS by any other name would smell as crappy.

These idiots call daily. It's absurd.

Stop calling!

We do NOT want to purchase anything, nor are we interested in a 'free' trip.
Oh, and if you're from a power company, we plan on staying with our current service.

Five calls from SNR ASSIST just since February 18.  The scammers will be reported to www.donotcall.gov.  Join me in doing so.

SCAM Electric Utility - Called twice today, February 28, 2013.

I keep getting calls from this number and when I answer the phone call, send me to a voice mail.

I have signed up for a DO NOT CALL from any telemarketing company, but keep receiving  unwanted calls!

Yes, all ofe the same that people have stated....multiple calls a day.  I have spoken to multiple people to be taken off.  Melissa told me today that I was not off the list.  I told her the names and ID numbers I have spoken to and offered me to a manager..well probably not surprising..the music states I am on hold caller number 2 (always states you are number 2) and then I was disconnected.  I have even called the number and it offers you to press to be taken off the list..done this multiple times.  i have filed 2 complaints now with FTC....The calls are disturbing our home!

Another scam. These prix will try to get personal info. Don't give it to them. I recomend giving the operator a healthy blast from an airhorn which you can get from the Dollar Tree.

"SNR ASSIST" on the Caller ID.  Sure, these scumbags will be happy to help senior citizens --clean out their bank accounts!

Call constantly, robo call then switch over.  Never identify who they are.

Call the number back and you will hear, "If you would like to be placed on our Do Not Call list, please press 1 now." After pressing 1, "It may take up to 24 hours to process your request." I wonder if this will work?

Constant harassing calls weeks on end - sometimes more than once a day.  When I pick up it's a recording regarding lower rates for electric.

Received numerous calls from this number...even stayed on long enough (roughly 10mins) to get an operator claiming that they will take my number off list. since contacting operator i still receive 3-4 calls a day but without any other option just disconnects after 23 seconds.

Called and left no message. Caller ID listed the number as "SNR Assist".
