Harris & Harris keeps calling our phone for another person not at our address.  We have told them time and time again not to be calling us and leaving personal matter for the other person on our answering machine.  They continue to call. I know for a fact it is illegal for collections to say why they are calling unless they are talking directly to the person they are looking for. We are about to turn this over to our attorney

Answered call and got robotic voice asking, "If you are X, please press 1. If this is the home of X and this person is not available, please press 2." Since I am not X, I pressed 2 and the robotic voice said that they will call back later.  Another site reports that this is for Harris & Harris, a bill collector.  Caller ID just states "US Cellular"

312 blah blah blah -- this caller never leaves a message; I do not owe anyone named Harris & Harris, plus they are calling my office number.  When I answer the idiots hang up.  If I don't answer, they still do not leave a message.

I RECEIVED THE CALL FROM (312) 348 1508 WHICH I BELIEVE IS FROM CHICAGO ON 5/4/2010 AT 9:06 AM AND ANSWERED THE CALL BUT THE CALLER DISCONNECTED. NO MATTER WHO THE PERSON IS IF THEY CALL AND THEN HANG UP AND DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL SUCH CALLS I BELIEVE IS NOTHING BUT HARRASMENT WHICH SHOULD BE CONDEMNED.

Got back from work and my caller ID had these guys call here twice and didn't even leave a message. I don't even call them back. If they don't leave a message, tough luck. Definately debt collectors as the caller ID showed "Harris & Harris", because I googled the name.

Both males and a female have called five times looking for a 'Leo Tolstoy' using this number but the caller ID shows either  'Out of Area' or 'private'.  Funny thing is that although the female and a male left messages similar to what HomeSick had, they ignored a VoiceMail announcement that clearly identified that they were calling a police department!!!!  Are these people dumb, or what?

If they're a collection agency and they're acting this ignorant....................  'Leo Tolstoy' indeed!  Maybe they ought to borrow a copy of "War and Peace" from the local library???????

Got a call from this number looking for someone .. I proceed to ask what the call was regarding and they said with strong tone, "This is a business matter" and would not release any other information.

ANNOYED THEY KEEP CALLING BUT WILL NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE... HOW DO PPL GET YOUR NUMBER, IT BOTHERS ME! I NEVER GIVE OUT MY NUMBER TO ANYONE OR ONLINE ITS ALWAYS FAKE SO HOW CAN SOMEONE ELSE GET IT N HARASS YOU!
