i have 3 missing calls from that number... but im not from united states and i am not living there either... why a robocall with political survey from that country is dialing my number??

Just received a robo political call from Carol Pankau's committee for the Illinois state senate race asking for opinions on her positions. Kept the line tied up for 20 minutes by not responding to the question but acknowledging I was still there. Probably helped at leat 10 other people get worthless calls duing dinner. When the number is called back you get a message that the number is no longer in service or has been disconnected.

Called multiple times last week and left no message. I got another call just now which I answered, but there was no one on the other end and the call ended shortly after I answered. I don't have any collections outstanding, not even a late payment outstanding, so it has to be some sort of solicitor. Also, it called my cell phone which also is a 312 number.

Been getting multiple calls from this number... won't leave a message.
When I dialed the number back, there's a recording that the number has been disconnected.
I hate these calls.
