All from "cash net USA" which is not the same as the American company. Luckily they are all coming to my cel so I have an app for blocking them but 16, 18+ calls a day are unacceptable. I reported every single one on the DNC registry ...but have doubts of their ability to act as these calls are all from overseas.

they are the real scammers.. calling from india.. saying that they are a ligid company working for FTC.. true lie.. they say that they are cash net USA.. asking for the loan.. and telling the customers to put down the security deposit.. which is actually b***s***...!!!!

I received a call from this company asking for Rachael Coy.  I told them they had the wrong number.  They asked if I wanted a loan and I said no. After the 4th or 5th time I told them to stop.  They gave me the 312-473-6994 number and said their company was CashNet USA.  I call from two separate lines and they hung up on me. Now both of those lines are blocked.  It is a scam - I called AT&T they said for a fee they can block them - another scam.  They are definitely foreign.

They have called my cell over 20 times today.  Never heard from these people before.  They need to stop, so i called one of the #'s i received the call from and asked they remove my # from the list and that i will report them if it's doesn't stop immediately

Have received  at least four calls from the phone #  312 473 6994.....I will not answer a number I do not recognize,and these people do not leave a message...after reading these comments,am glad I haven't answered...do not have the patience for ignorant people.

I have received several phone calls from this supposed company and requested to be placed on their "Do Not Call List" and was informed that "To be placed on the do not call list there is an FTC fee of $150.00" which is not correct.  I did some more research on the company that this person claimed to be with and contacted the 800 number on their website.  Upon speaking with one of the representatives with the Actual CashNetUSA I learned that there are numerous scam artists portraying themselves as CashNetUSA.  So all in all these calls are a way for these criminals overseas to extort money out of unsuspecting victims.

Unfortunately the DNC does not protect us from scammers, frauds, and other law breakers let alone obscene phone calls!   Report these to your phone service provider and the local PD.. Otherwise, file reports according to what they are..
Telemarketers not obeying the law go the DNC site, FTC & FCC, extortion and money scams to the Local PD, FBI,DOJ, State Attorney general for your state etc.  as well as the FTC & FCC.

You can get call blocking devices or phones now also! Whistles come in handy as do boat fog horns..

I guess you didn't read the post .. file complaints, buy a call blocking device or phone..

The T-lock Incoming PRO Call Blocker sells for under 60 bucks on Amazon and can block up to 1500 numbers.

This company called 5 times in a day. He sexually harassed me and called me obscene names. I told him to stop and I was going to report him he said there was nothing I could do and he wasn't going to stop. It was ridiculous the thing he was saying. I am on the do not call registry.

These people will not stop calling me.  Have you noticed a reduction in the amount of times they call per day or has it continued.  They called me 23 times the other day.  I'm getting ready to report them to the police or FCC.  I've lodged a complaint with the "Do not call" registry.

Tried to scam me calls come in daily trying for a 1000 to 5000 dollar loan. indian voice. green dot card. there isn't one with a paypal emblem like he asked for. no he won't accept my call to complain.

I got 1 call from this person ( they use several different #s ) on 9/17, 11 calls on 9/18 and 4 today !
It is a scam and they have scammed lots of people out of their money.

I tried to file a police report and was told that there isn't anything that they can do because they are calling from out of the country. They are using a Magic Jack phone line so they can not be traced according to my police dept. person that I spoke with.

I just quit answering the calls. AT&T offered to change my # for free. But I just cant do that right now.... to many people I would have to notify ! Just flippin  Unbelievable that these A-holes can do this and get away with it!

I've received numerous calls in one day from different numbers with the same with an East Indian voice on the other end.
Here are the numbers:  312 473-6994, 348 452-6619, 924 555-0927, 457 227-1574, 674 835-6448, 621 737-2402, 294 096-4059, 950 927-7223, 651 333-4079, 484 891-5667, 918 866-7810.

Each time I received the call, I answered as "Joe's Bar & Tap", Frank's Auto Repair, "DuPage County Morgue", "Jean's Whorehouse", etc. It worked for a while, but "Patel" got wise to it. Using the "Do Not Call" Registry is a joke and doesn't help.  I suggested, to many people, that if and when we discover the owner of calling numbers, we bill them.

They Keep calling about every 15 min I haven't answered since I saw this but they haven't stopped!

They called me about a "loan that I applied for" but know I never applied for a loan. When I requested that they stop calling me, they stated that they'll just take $150 from my checking account for "wasting their time." Can they really do that? Isn't that illegal?

Calls my house up to 28 times a day.  They ask for personal info to secure a loan.  They called my daughter filthy names when she picked up.  Has some kind of device to route calls through other states because the same person calls with different phone numbers.You can hear TV and X-box in back ground. Has an Indian accent.  They do not respond to requests for them to stop.

They called, hung up and called right back. No message..

I received a call from this phone number and when i told them to take me off there call list the man (Steve) told me to F off. I called the number back and (Steve) picked up and told me that they were a scam company that calls people to try and get there acct information. Then he started calling me a mother f***er. I told him i was calling the police and he said to call him back if i wanted a good ______. I called the police and unfortunatly there is nothing they can do except to keep and i out on my credit report and my accts.
