It is a recording (kind of muffled in the beginning) stating that it is F&M bank and that your card has been breached by a third party and to press one to confirm...then it asks for your 16 digit card number...I have confirmed with F&M bank that it is a definite SCAM. I reseached the number and it is based from a landline in Houston, TX..
