Same as above except there was kid noise in the background.  If I don't get a response within a few seconds of saying hello, I figure it's a robocall or prank call and hang up before they do.  My phone system can then block the number so they can't call back.

Got 2 calls this evening from 312-857-6438.  I heard silence for about 5 seconds and then click.

I know nobody from Chicago. This was on 10/10/13 at 7:33 PM CT on a Landline. Why do these idiots bother us?
