I just got a call from RPM from this 312-878-9503 - First off - he did not identify himself as being with a collection agency I pulled it out of him - wouldn't tell me what it was for...just a business matter...said what if legal action were to be taking place...I said do what you gotta do...

RPM - debt collector. They will threaten many things upon you, but most of which will not be followed through with unless you owe a substantial amount.

They are a collection agency.

I just got my phone number 3 weeks ago and they have been calling this number and keep asking for  George......There isn't any fricken one here by the name George.......  I get calls 12 -13  times a day plus in the middle of the night sometimes  2-3 am/ I don't answer the phone  the ringer is off

They call me all hrs of the day and night......  one night at 3am....So now i shut the phone off when i go to bed.....25 -30 times a day   nobody says anything

I get about 10 calls a day.... I just push the speaker button then release it again, they won't talk so either will i   frig em

I had been getting calls from this 312-878-9503 number atleast 4 times a day for a week. They would ask for someone named Diane and when I would inform them they had the wrong number they hang up on me. Finaly, one night I was drunk and pissed off I called them right back, gave them a piece of my mind and told them to take my number out of there system. It has been 3 days with no calls from them.

I get at least two calls a day from several different phone numbers, all coming from RPM. I've been having some fun with them for a change. As soon as they call, I immediately answer & put the receiver up to our TV or a radio or to our kids video games. So, they get to "enjoy" whatever it is we have waiting for them. (usually at a pretty high volume!YEAH)! Also, I've started calling them, asking them for "Jack Horner, Mary ,who is quite contrary, etc...I even called and said I was answering an ad in the paper for a position as a "PhoneSex Operator"LOL....They actually stay on the line and get information, sometimes putting me on hold. I just figured that two can play their gamhoes. I look forward to seeing just how long they'll call before they give up, because I sure won't!!!

These guys are a***oles how can they be stopped???????  I get at least 3-5 calls a day and now no one picks up after I yelled at them.

Well they are a debt collector..I don't think it requires them to call multiple times..if you have a debt I'm sure you are aware of it and more than likely if you could pay it back you would considering it prohibits financing from reputable companies and lower interest rates, right?? Anyway I am tired of the repeated phone calls it is definitely harassment.

I got several calls from this number on a business number. When I answered noone ever says anything just hangs up. This is soooo annoying and a BIG waste of my time.What type of a business has idiots working for it that just sit around and call and hang up on people everyday, all day?????????????? just answered phone and got a telemarker asking for a Debra.  I immediately yelled at him and told him they had the wrong number and Debra doesn't live at this number and to take my number out of their database! They will try everyone with a D at the begining or middle name.  I am so truly sick of these telemarketers, half of them know right off the bat that they have the wrong number. I understand they are just trying to find anyone who may have a connection with whomever they are looking for.  Not my problem. I don't know a Debra, nor do I owe them. I don''t owe them or anyone else for that matter! They better not call again! Glad I was home, but messed up my day, for a minute!

Unfortunately, this is not correct.  On the instance when I got a human being on the 'phone, they asked for "Steve."  There's no Steve here.  They still keep calling, though.

It was my birthday...so I picked it up. The nice company put me "on hold" then they hung up. Thinking that they may have called to wish me a "happy birthday" I called the number 312-878-9503 back. It went into the automatic "hold" mode and I listened to distorted music while being put on hold. The distorted music gave me a "flashback to the 70s or 60s" and a weird flashback induced moment of creativity. So while I was on hold, I came up with a birthday song for myself, because after 3 minutes on hold I still wanted them to wish me a "happy birthday". Here is the song I sang to myself,"...Happy Birthday...Happy Birthday...People dieing everywhere all in despair...I am one day closer to my DEATH!

They are calling because at some point you did not pay a bill. It might have been 4 or 5 yrs ago or 6 months ago that you guys have ignored the calls. I can guarentee one thing they are not wasting there time calling you if you don't owe money. If you know for sure you don't, there is 99.9% chance a family member does.  They will calll your grandmother if they can connect her with the person who owes money. So if its you...own up and face it because they won't quit until you pay.  Trust me!!!!!

This number calls me multiple times a day but never leave a message. I once answered and told them to either leave me a message the next time they call or leave me alone because it's obviously not important. It's hard to be polite when they are wasting my time like this.

this is a collection company "rpm"  and yess they call all day and all night. starting at 7:00am and ending around 11:00pm eastern standard time.  Refuses to hear that I have no account with them.   Good luck getting rid of them. I am not sending them a credit report for proof.  lol

Started getting calls from this number on 9-29-10, they call a few times a day and never leave a message. The # is from Illinois
