Unknown caller sounds like a recording it says hello hello can you hear me, once you state yes, they hang up

it could have been a european american that sounded like african american.  use logic before reverse discriminating.

This number keeps calling me also. Everytime I call back it gives a busy signal. Now I know what its  thanks to you guys. It calls at different times of the day also. TO THE PERSON NAMED TRULE ABOVE...YOU DON'T KNOW IF THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS AFRICAN AMERICAN! IT WA SOVER THE PHONE!!!!!!!FROM THAT STATEMENT ALONE I KNOW YOU'RE NOT THOUGH!!!!!!!!  I'M GUESSING ITS BECAUSE SHE WAS LOUD MOUTHED THAT GAVE IT AWAY HUH? I received this call from Richard at Price Distribution Center along with the message I had won a Lincoln Navigator and to call back at 800 301 3436.

Total scam.

We keep getting a phone call from this number 312-962-0076 they just stay on the line about 10 seconds and then hangup

Hang-up.  But I'm getting a lot of calls from the (312) area code.  One was from 625-9627.  Jim told me that I won a Lincoln Navigator.  I said great!  Bring it on.  Another number that has called twice and there is no one on the line is 625-1467.  Must be a lot of phone banks (with defective equipment) in Chicago.

got call from Richard about winning Lincoln Navigator - gave 1-800-301 3436 as call back number - I called back spoke with Leah Wells to remove me from their list & advised I am on Do Not Call List.  Leah was some loud mouthed africian american lady yelling my number saying yep, we will remove you from our list, I see it on our caller ID (there was no way my cell phone # was on her caller ID because I was calling from land-line.  I'm looking to block calls from this #

Received two calls on my cell from this number, they hang up when I answer, tried to call from land line gives a busy signal.  Reported to DO NOT CALL LIST both times

Got a call from Bill with the "good news" that the contest "that was entered" for a Lincoln Navigator was over and I should call him back at an 800 number. Yeah, right Bill, but I didn't enter a "contest" for a Lincoln Navigator and you are trolling for a scam. So don't be taken in folks and don't answer unknown calls, let the machine do it.

I also received call from Bill saying I'd won a Lincoln Navigator, then he left an 800 number to call back.  When I looked up the number, all I could find was Global Crossing Local Services, Inc in Chicago.   Thank heavens for the web - check out http://whocalled.us/lookup/7087582108 and find miles of comments from people who have stories to share!  I'm on the no call list but still get unsolicited calls every day!

i don't recall entering a contest with 'prize distribution center' for a 'lincoln navigator' so i guess i won't be getting the 'good news' you have for me 'bill' because i won't be calling you back at 1-800-996-0081.
