You need to tell that to the "Coach".  This is a discussion board for the exchange of information concerning unwanted callers.  It does not maintain any list, nor does it make any phone calls, facilitate any calls or provide any type of Blocking service.

What exactly is it that you are expecting this "list"  to do for you?  It is simply a list, with your number and many others on it, that is purchased from the FTC by the millions of legitimate businesses so that they do not call you for sale of taxable goods or services.  And these legitimate businesses are honoring your request by NOT calling you, or else you'd need a secretary to answer all the calls in additon to the scammer calls that you are now getting. The LIST has no mechanical blocking capability and the FTC does not have a list of your's and everyone else's authorized callers who are allowed to call. The List does not immunize anyone from being called. Your caller is a huckster, scammer, and could care less about honoring the list or whether you are on it or not.  These people cannot be stopped by a "List".   Honor is required from legitimate businesses to make the DNC work, since it is based upon the "Honor system"  It is a list....Nothing else..Just a list of numbers...

Within 2 weeks our office got 2 calls (as described by Stacy Jan26/13). At the end they say:" press 9 to be removed from the list". Doesn't that have a negative effect on you, either you get charged or allow them access to your phone system?

i guess the fed. trade commission 'no call ' is broken.
