Our business receives calls from this number on a daily basis stating I requested them to call to reduce my debit. I have called the number back several times and just get hung up on when I tell them I want to be added to their do not call list.

"Victor Simmons" called my business line (unlisted and on national do-not-call list) and left message stating I could reduce my credit card debt by up to 90% and offered a 1000 loan "to get me started". The call back number was 866-203-9550.
