I have sent a letter to the Attorney General to ask for help in these stupid calls. I will never answer them.

Called asked for me by my maiden name  (8 years ago) said they were calling for the childhood luekemia foundation. I just hung up

I also got a call from 313-879-5909.  There is no message and caller ID says MI.  I do not know anyone there so I did not answer.

These scumbag charity callers from Innovative Teleservices Charity also have another number from Santa Cruz, Ca. 831-359-4718. I got it from both of these numbers. Must be hiring brainless monkeys for this type of work! If they purport to be a Charity then they MUST tell you upfront who they are and if they don't then you can report them to DNC, FTC, and FCC! I'm totally sick of telemarketers so I'm going to invent "phone darts" so when they annoy me, I have the right to employ a "phone dart" thru the telephone line and blast the peckerheads ear off!!

I by the way have a deep male voice,
I said, you really don't know you're calling for do you?
She hung up.
There isn't a Mrs here.

Innovative Teleservices calls on behalf of the Childhood Leukemia Foundation. They are not a charity and here is the law about these calls according to the FTC site about the DNC.

Charities are not covered by the requirements of the national registry. However, if a third-party telemarketer is calling on behalf of a charity, a consumer may ask not to receive any more calls from, or on behalf of, that specific charity. If a third-party telemarketer calls again on behalf of that charity, the telemarketer may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000.

If you call Innovative Teleservices and tell them that you have asked to not be called and you continue to get calls, call their corporate office and ask to be removed and recite the paragraph above. We called and they guy said "I know the law. What is your phone number to be removed".

Got a call from this number at 8:20 am on a Saturday morning.

Got a call today on this number with caller ID of Detroit MI, spoke to the guy and he's trying to solicit donation for children leukemia foundation.  Now if it was the real thing I don't mind donating, but I despise blind soliciting calls, so I just hung up.

Call came in on 9-Feb-2013 with no msg left on ans machine.  Caller ID just shows "3138795909." Redialed and got auto msg saying that this was "Innovative Teleservices" and claims it is exempt from the federal DNC list as it is connected to charities.  If you wait until their self-promoting msg finishes, it allows your number to be placed on THEIR Do Not Call List, but the msg says that it may take 30 days for this to become effective. Have received calls from this company with other numbers and same spiel.

I received a call from this number today.  I don't know anyone in Detroit.  I do not answer calls I do not know because they give your number to other crooks who then start calling you.  Before you know it your phone is ringing all day long.  This happened to me!  They stopped for awhile and now have started again.  The do not call list does not work for crooks.  They don't pay attention to the law.

Got two calls so far today from this number and one yesterday. No identifying name, only the number and they don't leave a message. Just another example on how poorly the Do Not Call list works...pretty much like the rest of our government does!

I also rcvd call & did not answer. I do have family in the area but did not recognize the number.
