Called at 12:02 am and again at 12:03 am, frightened me from sleep, nobody callst hat late unless it's a family emergency and unfortunately our family just had a loss. This is harassing and it probably is a spoof number so it isn't traceable. You know shame on this company for calling or auto dialing at such horrible hours or any hour for that matter. I JUST added a phone line to my home and it's non published and I have NO BAD DEBT whatsoever so it cannot be a creditor, so whatever the deal...these people are jerks beyond jerks and how they got my number is beyond CRAZY.

Called my 82 year old mother in law who thinks it might be a grandchild in need. Called 2 times at 2 AM. Not happy.

I work with a local food bank (California) and we have received many calls today asking if these automated calls are from us - they are not. We have never used a telemarketing system.

We called the offending number repeatedly, but received the same message as others about being removed from a list of special offers. There was no live person, message option or additional information.

We immediately contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint. They recommended anyone who received a call to also file a complaint as they will investigate issues with frequent complaints. Please consider calling (877) 382-4357 or filling out an Unwanted Telemarketing complaint online at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov.

The representative at FTC also recommended we contact the Attorney General at (800) 952-5225. We called, but after 10 minutes of making menu selections, the phone system hung up on us.

We also filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry (888) 382-1222. www.donotcall.gov

If anyone else has information about other steps we can take to remedy, please post and we will follow up.

This is a major problem. I received 4 calls last night interrupting my sleep and as a result was late to work. This company needs to stop calling.

Same thing happened to me. What the hay.

I received a call at "12:30 AM" and then again at "4:21AM" my caller id to my cell phone came up TACOMA, WA.  WHEN YOU CALL BACK TO TELLS YOU YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO BE ON THERE DNC but it gives you no other option to talk to a live person about the times they have the nerve to call someone about a special promotion.

Food Bank keeps calling me in the middle of the night all week. I need to get to the bottom of this immediately. If anyone know this company or their number please advise asap. They called all week long at 3 AM!!! When I call back it says dial 1 to remove. Have done that numerous times and the calls just keep coming almost as if it triggers it to call you more!? WTF???!!

Im super pissed and will find this operation. They have disrupted myself and families sleep all week. My biggest issue currently is the angst and anxiety before I go to bed. Cant live like this!

It seems everyone got a call from toys number last night. If they are calling for telemarketing they are doing so illegally i got 2 calls last night one from this number at 1241 and then another at 215

They called me at 3am and 7 am last night/this morning. And quite frankly, I'm am very annoyed. I am a single mom who works two jobs and only gets a few hours of sleep. The first call happened right after I got home from my night job and had dozed off and the second happened a little bit before my alarm for my day job. This crap is ridiculous!!!

4:49 AM December 20, 2013 received a call from 253-753-9372.  It's frightening to hear the phone ring at 4:49 AM.  The caller ID said Foodbank.  I answered and they hung up.  This morning I double-checked the caller ID history and saw another call from Foodbank on December 18,2013 at 2:35 pm.  This time the phone number was 425-406-9421.  Who are these people and why call at 4:49 PM?

I forgot to put PM. They called me at 10:25 and 11:46 PM last night!!!!!!

These asshats called me last night at 10:25 and 11:46. I just read all of the posts above me, and noticed that they are from the last few HOURS, and until the 18th. WHY are these a**les calling ALL OF A SUDDEN? Is it because of the holidays? I'm quite pissed off about i t, and just like everyone else, they hung up when I answered, and when I called back, it said they'd take me off their promo list.

Calling at 1am and 6am about some special promotion.

They called at 3:12 AM and again at 3:13 AM (California)...  I have a 5 year old special needs son who is currently fighting bronchitis and even though his room is in the opposite end of our house, it woke him up because the phone rang and when I disconnected they immediately they called back.  Had to turn the ringer off.  Tried to call back to give a piece of my mind but just got silence and then the dial tone.  We are on the do not call registry!

Same. They called and woke me up at 1:45 AM (California). Rang 3 times and then hung up. Guess there is no need to call back as I don't want special promotions.

They rang my phone three times at 3:36 AM (Florida) then hung up.  When I called back, got a recorded message about special promotions.

Called back and replied to the recorded message to have my number removed from the "Special Promotions" but the calls keep coming!

Right now it is 11:56pm I received the call at 11:54pm. Who the hell calls practically at midnight? My phone rings 4 times then goes to voicemail, I was close to the phone and picked up during the 3rd ring. They hung up on me. The number displays as FOODBANK so I called back and I got a machine stating they offer Special promotions. Does anyone have a direct number to this company?

Telemarketer, left no message, called back and had my number removed.
