Got a call today from this number - claimed to be with Premier Bank - said I had an outstanding balance on a credit card that I've never heard of.  I think it's a scammer.

Not a scam.  This is acutally First Premier Bank.  Usually calling from this number about a past due credit card bill.

Yes, I think it is Premier Bank.  I received a credit card statement stating I had an outstanding balance . . . and I don't even have an account with that bank! I wouldn't get a credit card with a $200 annual fee!  It is a scam.

314-333-3493 IS FIRST PREMIER BANK. If you call their 800 number they will tell you the 314 number is not them, but it is. The reason they are calling is to get you to re-open your account or to try to scam you into paying their ridiculous fee they will say you owe them. Call the 800 number and complain like I did. My account is closed and they still call even after I told them to remove my name. You need to b***h loud and tell them to stop.

I get the same missed calls. It IS premeir bank - they are relentless. Maybe if they were more professional, i would pay my balance (haha)

As soon as I answered, they hung up. Guess they really didn't want to talk to me.

these people call every day even when you the person they are calling for here is not here. i've told them more than one time to stop calling and they refuse. i'm about to report them for harrassment. i could see if i had a card with them but i don't.

Keep receiving calls day and night from 314-333-3493 and 314-333-3492. Every time no message left and get a out of service recording.

Here's a few things to keep in mind. When you call back and get a disconnected number message it could be one of several things which is, they could have a message set to say that "the phone is no longer in service", and then you may have a spoof trap which is when a company calls they send a false number or a number that really not in service to your caller ID. That cost a lot of money to do that though.

I use to have a premier bank card. Paid everything off and closed the account. This was over a year ago. I looked online for there number (800-987-5521). So I called. Apparently they do not have my new number on file. They have my old cell and my previous work number and I have a zero balance and a closed account meaning I don't owe anything.

So I asked them about this 314-333-3493 number that keeps calling me. They say that they do not call from any numbers from are code 314 or use any traps or fake messaging systems. They say about 89% of the time if they call it's from a 900 and they call because somebody isn't paying there bill. I have a hard time believing that they don't use a trap or fake messaging system, after all it's a credit card company.  I still have to wonder who is calling me because First Premier doesn't have my new number.

I do know that 314-333-3493 is in service though. The reason being is because usually if you dial a number that is no longer in service a message would tell you and then it'll automatically hang up. If you notice the message repeats itself if you call this 314 number.

I have found the most simple method is to not answer the phone. I don't have voice mail or an answering machine, so they eventually get tired of nothing but ringing and quit calling. I have my home phone simply for internet and the occasional emergency when my cell phone is unavailable.

(314) 333-3493 This number has been calling our house daily and saying they are First Premier Bank. Our account is closed there and they will not tell me what they want. What is going on? I want them to stop and they won't

I have been getting called from this number every day sometimes twice a day for about a week now. When I try to dial the number it says that the number is no longer in service. If its not in service how the EFF am I being called from it.

I do not have an account with this place and they keep calling me.  Saying please hold and only one time did they get a hold of me  Probably trying to scam everyone.

i keep on getten a call form this number on a daily basis and it is annoyen me to no end now. i finally got this person the phone and say hello but no response. whoever is doien this next time it aint gonna be nice over the phone !!!! i will do something to make you go deaf in that ear s.o.b!!!!

This is First Premier Bank Collections department. If they are calling and you don't have an account, someone may have listed you as a reference. If they are late on their bill, they call the references so they get annoyed and yell at the person. It's a very common collections tactic. I hate it.

No it is not Premier Bank. Don't have them. Between 314-333-3493 and 816-379-4083 they never leave messages and when you try to call both numbers they have been disconnected.

I have been getting these phone calls also.  It is a St. Louis number.  When someone said first premier bank it rang a bell ( I am a little late with them ) oops... thats who it is.
